    One of the worse experiences I've had here. My sales advisor claims to have told me there was no recall for something I came in for. If he told me that when I was there, I must be deaf because I heard no such thing. He didn't even give me an estimate to fix that specific problem. But was more than happy to tell me everything else that my vehicle needed. Gave me a 2 hour estimate for repairs when we agreed to what would be done and almost 4 hours later, it was finally done. Sat there for 4 hours and wasn't given an update when the repairs took longer than planned.

    Hello- I would like to share my experience with purchasing my car warranty in hopes it can help you with your decision. Upon retiring, I purchased a used suv without a warranty from another dealership thinking this was going to be my forever car. Several months later, I went with my daughter to purchase her new suv. Dan the finance guy was explaining the warranty details to my daughter( I thought here we go another sales pitch!) But much to my surprise, Dan caught our attention and made sense of why we needed to purchase a warranty this time. With all the technology cars have today and the high cost of repairs we couldn’t afford not to purchase one. Fast forward two months later I had a sensor go out with a cost of $2000 and only cost me $100 for the deductible. Then another two months go by and a different sensor goes out costing another $2000. I was so grateful to have the warranty that saved me $4000. Look at it this way you are driving around in a big computer. I will always keep a warranty from now on. Sincerely, Debbie

    Ryan answered my questions on Mother’s Day online about a Pathfinder they had for sale. He was quick to respond when I didn’t expect it and super kind! I was able to reach out again a couple of days later and he was again quick to reply! We ended up making a deal and I drove across the state of Missouri east to west to make the purchase! When I arrived Ryan had the car at the front door, clean and ready to go. Met Roger, the manager also super nice and friendly! Ryan came in a bit early to meet me and we set off for a test drive! We finalized the paper work with the finance guy, who was also fantastic! (Todd, I believe) even another sales man helped to put my plate on the car. And I was out the door for home in my new 2025 Pathfinder! Would highly recommend the whole experience was great! Super happy with my purchase and the whole 10 hours of driving was worth it! Everyone had super good communication and were kind and willing to help one another and me!

    This Nissan dealership does not care about its customers. I bought a car from them in November 2023. Got the extended warranty that took care of it until the 100,000 mark. Did all of the preventative maintenance and even regularly called the service department to make sure I stayed on schedule. At the 103,000 mile mark, less than a month after my last service, my transmission crapped out while I was on the highway. Towed it in. Despite their supposedly superior Powertrain warranty up to 200,000 miles, they said that they couldn't cover my transmission because I didn't do the required service. Suddenly, my car required the service more often than their service rep told me and it wasn't covered. What a scam! They had no problem collecting money from me but don't make good on what you pay for. If you use them, you'll find out for yourself.

    I had done my research, found the car, contacted Mike on Friday after they were closed. Mike Bozzi called me early on Saturday morning, not only had the car freshly washed for the test drive, but also to time to explain the features of the vehicle and answer our questions. We met with Greg for the financing and was out with the new purchase within a little over than 2 hours.
