  cheryl has a major attitude problem, assumes things and also enforcing her opinion on customers with a negative outlook.. with this treatment i’m taking my business elsewhere. i’ve been coming here for over ten years with my fleet of 7 vehicles, i’m done with the disrespect that of i’ve received, the witness to this was also upset…the employee needs anger management or retraining is needed…also this was all recorded on my camera system in the automobile..simply there to rule out interpretation.

  If you are going to tell someone to back up so the person in another line can go before them, you better have someone directing traffic after you pack up and leave not even ten minutes later, so that the cars that come after the person you told to back up doesn't waste their time watching the people coming after them go first. Probably best to let people pick a lane and and hope they got a fast one rather than direct one car and not control traffic after that. Left after a car that came after me got in the bay while I was still stuck behind two cars. I bet the person that got in front of me wasn't so happy when their original lane ended up being faster after they were told to get in front of me (a car that came after both of us got in the other car's original bay after not even 10 minutes of them waiting). I'll go elsewhere. What a waste of 30 minutes. Never been to a Valvoline, but probably never will after that experience if all Valvolines work that way. They scanned something on the inside of my car door after they told me to back up, so I hope the person that eventually came after me didn't get the wrong service for their car. Would have been fine to wait 30 minutes if I just picked the slow lane, but waiting 30 minutes because someone decided to direct traffic and then pack up for the day wasn't great. I would have probably been in line for an hour if I stayed, since the person that got in front of me still wasn't in the bay when I left.

  I am very happy with Vogel oil change they are very professional and friendly and fast thank you guys working outside when very hot and very cold times 🙏🙏🙏

  The girl who attended to me was very nice. Although, in the past, they used to go over the various needs of my vehicle. Not this time. I inquired about the different needs of my car cause it’s all wheel drive. It’s new to me but 8 years old. They didn’t really know.

  I had my oil changed about a week prior at a Valvoline near my home in Arnold, MO. At that time I was asked about my air conditioning. It was blowing cold. This visit in Belleville was impromptu because the temperature was in the mid 80’s and humid. My air suddenly stopped being cold. The staff were phenomenal. They appeared to have great camaraderie and energy with one another. They pulled us to the side so that we were not in one of the bays. They kept those bays moving quickly. I watched as they had interacted with returning customers that they knew. They brought us water, invited us to wait inside where there was air-conditioning , and offered casual conversation when they were checking the machine to see where it was in the process. They were also very good at informing us where the machine was in the processes and percentage of completion. We were in that area looking for homes to lease. I asked about making the payment while the car filling with refrigerant. They said they didn’t want to take the payment until they were sure that it corrected the problem. Once everything was finished, they help me start the car and turn the air conditioner back on. It began running cold as if it were brand new. They took my payment and we were on our way. I was very pleased with the service. When we move in the next 4-6 weeks, this will be my new Valvoline location.
