  I have always had nothing but amazing experiences at Valvoline! Most recently, the battery in my Chevrolet Avalanche was causing me issues. Mostly my own fault for probably leaving chargers plugged into the cigarette lighter. My battery was under warranty with Valvoline, and I was able to jump-start the truck and bring it in. The Store Manager, Amy, and Technician, Cortney, diagnosed the issue right away. Amy showed me the process along the way and kept me in the loop while they diagnosed it. Amy replaced the battery free of charge under warranty and even remembered replacing it last year for me! Additionally, the technician working on my truck thought I was coming in for an oil change and accidentally drained the oil! However, Amy explained that the oil change was completely free of charge and gave me a new oil change sticker! These two ladies had me in and out of the shop within 15 minutes with a new battery and a free oil change. I cannot thank them enough!

  This is the 3rd time the cars waiting had lined up in a sing line. I was instructed to go to a specific bay. And then watched as multiple cars that were behind me get serviced before mine. It’s unacceptable. All the workers migrate to one computer. Multiple walk back and forth not doing anything. I was waiting for over an hour and a half. I watched as no one touched the car in front of me for several minutes. They all were looking under a work vehicle in bay 3 or walking around. This location has become a nightmare to go to for at least the past year. I have nothing good to say ever since valvoline is all about hiring DEI instead of qualified workers.

  I would recommend That you not go to Valvoline on Vogel Rd Arnold, MO unless you want to have your car damaged and be treated with disrespect and condescension And receive no help fix fixing the problems they created. I Had my car serviced there And was told one of my head lights Was burned out. I was Quoted $25 cost. When it was time to pay, I was told the light would be $49. Of course it was too late to have them replace the old bulb it was gone. When I got home and checked my new light The new light was completely out of alignment with the original light. I had A family member check it, and the light wasn’t Installed correctly. They also removed 5 pounds of air pressure from each tire and my tires when my tires already had the proper Psi plus they didn’t bother to tell me what they had done. From the time I drove away from their location my tire sensor light was on. Went back the next day talk to. Amy, the manager who was very rude And refused to address the up charge in my headlight. Instead, she suggested I take my time to call Their corporate office. After they supposedly added the correct amount of air, my Tire sensor light has remained on. Supposedly the Wrkr put the correct amount of air in all of my tires, however, it still was not the correct amount. Since my visit to Valvoline on Vogel Rd, my Tire sensor light has remained on, and I had it checked and was told all of the sensors have to be replaced. Again, when I went back and talked to Amy she was very rude and condescending, and said to talk to corporate. As if this was not enough, three of my valve stem covers were barely on, and the third valve stem cover had already fallen off. I was told my Rear differential needed to be serviced. I have a front wheel drive car and do not have a rear differential. Since my trip to Valvoline on Monday, I have heard several war stories about their service. Save yourself the trouble and choose another company to Service your Vehicle.
