  The staff was great. Very kind, professional, and ready to be helpful. I have no complaints about customer service at all. However, I’m only giving 3 stars because the cars were filthy. Not just dusty from sitting, filthy as in bugs splattered on the grill and windshield, mud caked on the bottom of the doors, absolutely no care to the outside at all. Couldn’t tell the last time they had been run through a car wash. The insides were vacuumed, but the seats were stained and the center console had sticky soda or coffee spots in the cup holder from the previous renter, again, could just tell they didn’t care enough to give the next customer a clean vehicle, it’s just about rotating cars in and out for clients. I was offered to pick from two vehicles when I commented about the dirt, so I chose a white one that didn’t show was much based on color, but it was just as filthy as the other. They did offer to THEN run it thru the wash for me, but I had already spent more time there than I had allowed for trying to find a cleaner car. I appreciate them trying to help make it right, but it should have been right the first time. It cost a lot of money to rent a car, I expect it to be as clean or cleaner than my own personal vehicle.

  All employees were super helpful and both managers went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle last minute before vacation, it was our first time renting. Definitely recommend the Arnold location!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have had MULTIPLE issues with this specific Enterprise. One time my friend showed up for her reservation and they said they did not have a car for her when she called and asked about them having one ready and they said yes. We had to drive everywhereto try to fid her something last minute. Now today my family came all the way from Rhode Island to visit us with a reservation and they were less than helpful with it after not telling them important information they needed to get the car, we had to go somewhere else. Save you time, money, and patience, go to Avis down the road they will help you right away!

  Terrible experience and zero flexibility. Left stranded. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Enterprise location. My personal vehicle is currently in the shop for auto repairs, and I desperately needed a rental to get to work. The auto body shop arranged a rental, however, when I arrived, they refused to accept my bank card. To make matters worse, the owner of my vehicle was right there with me and offered to use their credit card instead. Enterprise completely refused to allow this simply because I was listed as the driver. Due to their rigid and unhelpful policies, I was left completely stranded with no vehicle. I am now forced to find alternative rides to work every single day until my auto repairs are finished. This situation caused unnecessary stress and a total lack of empathy from the staff. I will not be using Enterprise again.
