  Floyd worked on my car today, 5/18/26. Once everything was done he was able to check the history on my car for since my check engine light came on over the weekend and then was off by the time I was able to bring into the shop. I didn't know that was even possible!! Floyd did an amazing job on finding out my issue and working on my car today!! 😄 5 stars hands down 😅🙌. Thanks for the service.

  I went in for safety emission , vehicle inspection report on my car. Everyone there (staff) from answering the phone and in person service was great! Ryan the manager was so welcoming and nice when I came in and took care of me! Everyone there is so nice and friendly 10/1000. Thank you so much to everyone there for their service. Great customer service and experience. Forever will continue to come here ! :)

  Terrible shop don’t bring your vehicle here. Brought my 2006 dodge charger r/t in beacuse I was experiencing a clunking noise in the front end. Tech took my car for a test drive and chirped / burned out the tires takeing off. Then came back and said it needed a tie rod end. I then asked is this forsure the problem the manager on duty said yes 100 percent. 440.00 dollars later car is clunking still. I’ve contacted the manager several times asking for refund , they will not call you back or offer any assistance in the matter. Again terrible shop they have no diagnostics skills, and they don’t care about your vehicle doing burn outs like it’s a race car. Very unprofessional. Save your self the trouble .go to a dealer.

  Came in on the last day of the month to get my daughter's car inspected. I had an appointment. The staff promptly got my car in and it passed inspection. Refreshing to take an older car in to a garage and not get "nickel and dimed" by the guy sitting at the computer. I observed many other people dropping their cars off for the same inspection and treated courteously. I imagine CarX makes nothing off of these inspections, but I know the next time I have a need to get a car checked out, I will bring it here. They earned some goodwill that is sorely lacking in most Arnold car repair shops.

  CarX on Jeffco Blvd in Arnold, MO - the go to place for all auto maintenance. I’ve gotten my tires from there, all my state emission work is done by them and today I had to get my alignment done and decided to stay and wait with my 2 year old daughter because it was an immediate need for service to be done on my car. Usually, they’re quick but today my car decided to fight them back, I mean poor guy got a battle wound on his forehead for proof. And yet, in the 2 hours of waiting patiently - they kept me updated, made sure I was doing good, even those who weren’t working on my car knew what was happening to my car and updating me on time. I might mistaken his name but I’m pretty sure he said his name was Ryan (brand new, just 6 days in) was fantastic! Made sure my kid and all the kids after who showed up with their parents were accounted for and gave an extra pair of eyes when the parents were occupied. His knowledge on cars was top tier and his urgency was top notch. I think I asked him 5 questions at once and during that time the phone was ringing and 2 customers came in to pick up cars, and whilst helping the customers in store and the ones on the phone, he remembered all my questions and answered them fully for me. Amazing man! I love this place I've NEVER had any issues with them with anything regarding my car or their customer service! Thanks fellas for being great.
