  My van wouldn't start and I jump started and took it to the auto zone store in Woodbury. Store personnel did a quick battery test and the battery was fine. They identified that the battery cable connection was loose and provided tips for tightening. I tightened the connection and van started fine after that. Service was professional, prompt, and helpful.

  I’ll start by saying we have a commercial account with this store and almost every time we order something they screw it up. From the parts being wrong to delivering to the wrong location to screwing up the billing. Most of the employees should not be working in the customer service industry let alone auto parts industry, they are rude and have no knowledge about auto parts. This afternoon I called gave my name and business and asked about a part, they did have it and I asked to have it put on will call for the morning and also asked for the guys name that was helping me. He refused to give me his name 4 times??? He said he is the manager and I said fine and asked his name again and he said he wasn’t giving it to me because I was being rude? lol At this point we as a business are done with this place and will be closing our account and bringing our business elsewhere. Selling auto parts is one of the easiest things you can do but when you’re clueless and have no knowledge and are more concerned with socializing with other employees and being on your phone instead of actually doing your job and helping customers I’m done and don’t want my time wasted anymore. I recommend you go to any other parts store but here, unless you want your time wasted. I’ll wait for the canned reply telling me how sorry they are and to contact them to resolve the issues only to be ghosted like many others have said.

  This morning, I called AutoZone and Blake answered the phone and I explained to him what year my truck was and that I needed a battery installed in the next hour and he was ready for me when I got there. He got a battery for me within my budget and installed it for me while we made small talk and got to know each other and he was probably one of the most honest and upfront and entertaining customer service representative I’ve ever got a chance to get to know so thank you for that Blake. Take care.

  The store typically has what I need. I don’t know why the old manager is working there, he’s very unprofessional. He ignored me when I tried to ask a question about a socket wrench. I came in before asking for a toolbox. One of the employees helped me out and later came up to me and apologized regarding the manager’s behavior.
