- PWPatrick WellsJul 22, 20265.0Hit a curb like it owed me money and blew a tire up. Called them, they had me picked up, replaced, balanced and back on the road in under 2 hours. Great group of guys.
- RCReese CopelandJun 20, 20262.0Brought my car in and told them about issues I presumed were due to the brakes. They test drove my car and according to the first person I talked to in the shop, there were no issues. I called a week later to ask if they looked at the brakes or if they just test drove it. The gentleman said that they never looked at my brakes, which doesn’t make sense because I brought it in and explained I thought something was wrong with the brakes. So I called again later that day to talk to someone else, and he said from his notes they looked at the brakes and quoted me $1,000 to get it fixed. He read the notes that the mechanic wrote which were just the notes they wrote when I called to make the appointment. Turns out all I needed was a brake replacement, too bad they couldn’t get that the first time.
