  We’ve been a regular customer a few times now without any issues. Because of medical issues, I can’t drive and therefore don’t have a license. My mom drives. So when we rent, she rents the car because she drives, and I pay. They’ve done it that way several times now. They’ve verified our address before, taken my DEBIT card even though it has my name on it and not hers— but today they decided “nope we’re not gonna do that” as if it’s not what we’ve done every single time… and now I’m missing an important heart appointment because NOW he decided he wanted to change policies or for some reason, actually adhere to them as if something changed in the last 2 weeks. All because she doesn’t have a credit card? Find another way to verify people’s addresses, not everyone has a credit card. I’m so upset. We’re honest people. Have always brought the cars back in perfect condition, clean, etc. Never been a problem before. Please understand why I’m giving a 1 star review, this was a very, very important appointment and you put my health in jeopardy over a credit card.

  I have nothing but good experience with this place especially shrit idk if that’s how his name is spelled, but he’s very sweet and respectful he called me back to give me an update on my return and he was very professional. Definitely will come here again if I ever need to.
