I get that it's tough to find help these days but the person on the top side did nothing but stand around and play on their phone the entire time the oil was being drained. They finally filled my washer fluid and I asked if they could check the tire pressure. Did to prices going up, I'm getting charged more for less service, I guess I'll have to try to find another place to get my oil changed.

She checked my cabin air filter, noticed it, and proceeded to retrieve the "lost" dampener behind the panel and re-installed it promptly. I honestly thought it was a lost cause when it broke, she made it look so easy! THANK YOU!
