He took ample time to answer my questions, explain things to me, and make sure I was understanding everything. I was in and out in about half an hour. Not super competitively priced, but a decent price for what you pay, especially considering the stellar service I received.

She said she would discount it. I clearly saw the guy putting 5W30 in my car, not synthetic. They said I needed a $50. Cabin filter. The total was $169.00 and i wasn't furnished an itemized receipt of any kind. I was swindled out of money and will never return. I told a friend what happened to me and he said that all of the Valvoline places do it. I wonder if the Attorney General is aware of this business practice?

They really know their stuff when it comes to explaining the differences between the types of oils and how each protects your engine and why its good to go for the full synthetic. I have a valvoline about half a mile from my house. I will never go there again. The treatment I received at this store will keep me going to this location. Thanks guys at the valvoline office HWY96. Best team ever
