  Brought my son’s car in for an oil change. I think it’s the first time the cabin filter has been changed in this 2007 cars life, even though we’ve only had it for a few years. The guys/gals at the WBL Valvoline ALWAYS offer Top Treatment. The cabin air filter wasn’t easy to get to or off - maybe that’s why it was never changed. But James didn’t give up and was able to change the filter. Thank God!

  The staff was great. Very informative and friendly. Second time in a row they don't have conventional oil. If you're not going to have conventional oil, at least honor your 50% off coupon for the oil you DO have.

  Everyone is so nice, professional and great at what they do. I've been a customer for over 15 years! And it doesn't matter which location, they are all-in consistent and trained exceptional professionals!

  I have always had a great experience at the White Bear Valvoline - and this visit was no different. I stopped by on a recent Sunday afternoon to see if they had my particular battery in stock. They did and I was told it will be approximately a 20-25 minute wait. I almost left to go do some errands and then come back, but at the last second I decided to suck it up and wait. Because of the longer wait I turned off my car in the Valvoline waiting line. When it was time for me to move up (the wait was not long at all) I tried turning on my car and there was nothing, not even the tiniest of clicks. My battery was completely dead! Long story short, the staff at Valvoline were amazing and they ended up changing my battery as I sat in their curved driveway. I knew it was more of a pain for them but they did a great and friendly job of the install, I was very thankful I stayed at Valvoline and didn't go on errands, I would have been stuck somewhere else and in need of a tow. Once the battery was installed I could pull into their garage for a much needed oil change. I would like to thank the gal and guys who went above and beyond to help me that afternoon!

  The guys here are always great. Braeden was exceptional to work with, got me in quick and even looked at my serpentine belt for me because I mentioned it was making some noise. Had a good chat while they were changing my oil, cool people!
