  So my wife Brought her almost new truck in to try the place out. Well what experience after paying $28 for one time Car wash she did not even make it through the tunnel. She was guided in and told to stop which she did and proceeded Through the wash. Shortly after being pulled Through her truck jumped the rail and got stuck and wedged against something. As she was stuck in the wash, the car behind her repeatedly rear ended her truck.So they told her to get an estimate and direct her where to go for the estimate which I did only to come back to the car wash and present them with the estimate with the shop that they told us to go to, and they said we’ll have to get back to you on when to do the repairs Finally getting back to us, he said after further review of the cameras we feel that it was your fault And we are not paying for any damages.They also said we could look at the videos but not have a copy of the particular video with the damages on it. So after running around getting estimates trying to get them back at a time matter, but couldn’t because three times we returned to the car wash it was closed for repairs! Seems they’re working on the rails or something mechanical hmmmm? So beware not only is a terrible car wash, but the customer service is even Worse.! Sorry I brought it to the shop to pay for it. Myself repairs are now up to $8500. That’s right $8500 on a truck with 3000 miles on it. Stay away and thanks Tommy’s car wash with a great experience and wrecking our truck. oh yeah, not even an offer to refund the $28 wash they’re not only couldn’t clean a truck but destroyed it front and back. I have worked in the Car industry for 35 years on highway 61 land also a local for many years And, I will make sure to tell everyone of my customers Friends and familyabout the horrible experience at Tommy’s car wash in White Bear Lake

  This location offers better service, and microfiber drying towels located next to the floor mat washers. Their staff is exceptionally helpful, and friendly! For this location being on Minnesota's St. Paul 'dealership row' with all the major car dealerships in the area, this is a must, and greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

  Your guy Jerry is an outstanding employee! I was vacuuming my car out when he came up to offer washing my mats for me. I didn’t even know that was a service offered! He washed them so well they look like new! Great customer service! My son got to experience his first car wash here and we will always remember it!

  This car wash provides a good service, but the monthly subscription for the highest package is quite expensive. This is a reason why it doesn't receive a five-star rating for the best package, as the monthly cost is almost $50.

  Very nice place and set up for a decent price. Today I scored 1 month free washes for $25. The free floor mat washers is amazing as well as the vacuums. It would be cool if they had mat clips which i may have missed. Jerry is absolutely incredible, he had noticed a recent injury and was chomping at the bit to help, super nice chill dude. Will definitely be back.
