  They didn't have the car we reserved. They called us last second moving us to a rental spot 30 miles away so we missed our "reservation". Guy was talking to me and walked away without saying anything. Ignored me and started calling people when he came back. No offer to help. Awful.

  I'll give 4 stars because The representative who assisted my wife and I (assuming it was Connor) with transportation from Caliber Collision provided excellent customer service. Connor ensured that the rental process was handled efficiently and smoothly, which we greatly appreciated. He provided the most excellent customer service and taught me a few things I did not know about coverage. However, there was a disappointing aspect to our experience. After calling and confirming with two representatives at this location that we could return the following day to switch vehicles, we arrived as instructed. The representative who had assisted us previously initially inquired about our experience with the vehicle and indicated that additional vehicles had recently been returned. While he was in the process of assisting us, another staff member at the front desk intervened and informed us that no vehicles were available for the remainder of the week, offering only a brief apology. There was a “Jake” that called initially then when we had called back, it was a “George”. We were told that there was no “George” that worked there. It's a bit silly that a third party person would tell us that they had vehicles in the fleet and said that we should come in-person to switch. Additionally, this staff member stated that we must have spoken with a third-party service when we called, despite the fact that we had dialed the number listed for this specific location. He provided us with his business card and advised us to contact him directly in the future; however, the number on the card was identical to the one we had originally called. And it was the store’s main phone number. While the initial service was commendable, the inconsistency in communication and lack of resolution during our follow-up visit were disappointing. Please don’t tell us to call ahead of time and expect us to come in with disappointment. I can understand that it was approaching the last hour towards closing time but we were shut down and sent away in disappointment in the heavy rainstorm that night.

  Amazing service! They allowed us to change our National rental and drop off here. And they even gave my husband and our dog a complimentary ride down the street to their destination. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. We are so grateful for their help!

  Feels like I practically live here. We get rentals often since we are a 1 car household at the moment, and they have always, ALWAYS, been accommodating for any issues that come up. Glad this is here when we need it.
