  The White Bear Location is by far a superior location compare to others in the Twin Cities. This is due to the staff willingness to go listen, empathize and take actions to match our needs. In this industry it is hard for such a busy location to accomodate two of the same color and make model SUVs and Jake and the staff made this unique request possible. Alex, also part of the team, was receptive and communicated respectfully with proper follow up time on questions and concerns during out rental time. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

  If I could give this zero stars I would. I had a really disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After spending the entire day at Kia White Bear Lake waiting for my car to be serviced, I walked over feeling completely exhausted and overwhelmed. Right when I walked in and explained that my warranty company covers up to a certain amount for a rental, the woman at the front desk (long brown hair) very rudely responded, “We don’t have a single car here that would be covered for that amount,” while scoffing. The tone and delivery were incredibly dismissive and unkind. I was visibly distressed and just needed a little help after a long, stressful day, but instead I was met with cold, unhelpful behavior and zero empathy. Her mannerisms and attitude made the situation so much worse. After leaving in tears, I looked on their website and found that there are, in fact, multiple vehicles listed within that price range—which made the interaction even more frustrating. Customer service should never make an already difficult day harder, but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened here. I would not return based on this experience.
