    Was not expecting to find what we were looking for on our visit. My wife and I were in the market for a convertible, and we were in the area looking at a prospective purchase at another dealer. We stopped at Apple Auto WBL since we purchased a car from them on 2018 to see what they had available. Alex was assigned to help us in our quest. He did a quick inventory and said that there wasn't anything available in the entire Apple Auto system. He gave us his card, and took our information. A day later I get a text from Alex that they just got a Buick Cascada as a return. (This car was on our short list.) So we went to do a test drive. Alex brought the car out and we did a walk around. Alex wasn't really familiar with the car and it's features, and he let us know that up front, so we made it a group learning experience. It was a blustery 43 degrees when we took of on the test loop, Alex tucked in the back seat with the top and the windows down. We did the loop twice so my wife could drive it as well. Alex Hunkered in the back for the second round.... Was impressed with the car, and bought it. We noticed that here was a ding in the left rear quarter panel, an asked if that could be repaired. I did not expect that Apple Auto would do that, but they did! Impressive! The body work delayed the pick up of the car for two days, but we LOVE the Buick! All the bells and whistles.... I only have one minor complaint, and that was regarding the communication on the body repair. I was expecting a call from Alex on Wednesday to let us know it the car would be available for pick up that evening or the next day. I should not have had to initiate that call. Went in Thursday to pick it up, and noticed some blemishes on the paint. The detail crew buffed all of then out to our satisfaction, and we drove off happy! 100% would recommend Alex and Apple Autos WBL!

    Approximately a year after buying my vehicle, it started having issues. I took it in and found out, it was an injector. Paid the deductible and life was good for a couple weeks until the same issue happened. This time it was another injector (common to have one after another) AS WELL as a fuel pump. The service advisor I was working with tried getting all injectors replaced but warranty department wouldn't do it. Ok, well, I guess, I'll give it a couple more weeks until the next one goes. 3-4 weeks go by and I have the same issue so back it goes. This time, I'm told it was something with the exhaust and would be $1700 plus for the fix. This is the first time I was frustrated with the ordeal. I happen to receive a text from Justin (different service advisor) to rate my recent experience. Since his email was provided, I reached out to ask for options/advice on how we can remedy this ongoing issue. I have since left a message and second email and still no follow up from the person interested in my experience. It's been 2 months and still no contact. I also told the original advisor of my frustration and that I have been awaiting a response from Justin. Anyways, I guess the guy in charge of customer service isn't too concerned.

    I had the BEST car buying experience at Apple Ford WBL. My daughter and I went there to look at a specific Ford on their lot. We were greeted with the most positive and thoughtful sales associate, Peter, who was a joy to work with. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the whole process until we felt ready to make a purchase. My daughter and I were also under a tight time constraint and the whole team at Apple worked tirelessly to put everything together for us in record time. We left the same day with an incredible Ford we could not be more excited about! I recommend Apple Ford WBL at the highest level , Peter and the team made the whole experience ridiculously easy and a lot of fun.

    Everyone at this dealer went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. In short, we picked up an 2025 F150 that had some issues. They did there absolute best to get it right. After a couple weeks my wife and I decided it wasn't the truck for us long term. We thought the dealer and Ford would say tough luck for sure. But no, Apple said we will get you into a truck you like. They did just that. I was also supersized Ford itself was willing to work with us and they did with flying colors. They got us into a 2026 F150 we love now. So thanks again to all that helped us at Apple Ford and to Ford as well. Also, a special thank you to Richie Aboody, he did so much for us through this process. He kept in contact with us and optimistic throughout this transition. If feels like he turned more into a friend then a salesman.

    I had always trusted Ford, I bought two cars from them, so that was my first thought for my sister who needed a car. They are truly lucky it wasn't me buying because I would have walked out. The whole experience was terrible, gave me dishonest vibes. Very different from the AutoNation experiences I'd had, so walking in with high expectations from start to finish dissappinting. If this place is a no haggeling business why does it take more than 7 hours to close a deal? Our sales person Kaitlyn was a very nice but inexperienced nervous young woman. We all start from somewhere but she may not have been ready to be on the sales floor. To the floor manager who met us with attitude and was rude for simply asking a question. To the finance person Leo who talked fast, double talked, talked over and interrupts the customer. Again if my sister wasn't buying the car, I would have walked out. I've never met someone that wears tinted glasses/sunglasses inside whom doesnt have an ego and isn't arragont. The business seems to be doing just fine but we will never buy a car there and I won't ever refer someone there.
