  I had a really positive experience with the Apple Ford WBL sales team. I talked with them over the phone, texted, and went in and test drove a couple trucks. It was a low pressure and respectful sales experience. I have taken my other vehicle to the dealer for servicing repair and had a good experience with the repair department as well. Even though I did not make a purchase there this time, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used truck.

  Very bad experience, they charge me for mounting my new good brand tiers with balance , they take my car for 5 days just for balance and I received my car with no balance and they does not acceptto refoun mony for balanceservice !!! , the manager tell me each day difrent story , I take my car and did the balance in different place in 1 hour only and I pay for that again. I advice all people does not go there you will loose your time and money for nothing.

  I called and left a message saying I wanted to buy tires. 8 hours later, no call back so I called again and said I didn’t want to miss the tire special and the person who helped me said they’ll send a quote right away. 3 days later, no quote, I’m pretty sure I missed the tire special and there was 0 follow up. Do they not money??? Why have a special if you don’t want to sell anything? Very strange way of doing business. I literally need 4 tires this month.

  The experience of ordering a new vehicle at Apple Ford White Bear Lake was exceptional. Our long time salesmen - Rich Aboody helped us thru every step along the way. From getting a trade-in value that we wanted to the entire delivery process - went so smooth we couldn't have been happier. We have bought 7 or 8 cars thru Rich and he is a "TOP-NOTCH" salesmen. Thanks Richie for the wonderful experience as always.

  I flew out from California to buy a 2016 corvette. They were extremely helpful. They gave me an accurate estimate, very accurate description of the car, were willing to send pictures and videos before I booked a flight. They held the car for me and didnt sell it out from under me (it took me ~5 days to get there). Once I arrived at the airport they helped get me to the dealership, made the process quick and painless. Afterwards, they were willing to help me out when I ran into title issues with CA DMV and MN DMV, kept in contact, and helped any time I ran into issues or had questions. 10/10 would buy again. Douglas and Kyle were great!
