- AKAndy KorbaAug 27, 20261.0Made a reservation with call center, an hour later the branch called to tell me they had no vehicles. Called back call center, they were putting a "regional manager" to find me a vehicle. An hour passed, no call. I called back, the call center "expedited" the request to regional manager. Another hour passed, no return call, and all locations closed for the day. Day 2- no call, I called back call center and they were going to expedite to corporate manager. It has now been two hours on day 2 and I still have not received a phone call.
