  We are up here in the St. Cloud area for the summer from Texas and had a varmit chew a hole in the fuel line. We drove into service leaking high dollar gas. The service advisor came over and was able to get us in a service bay right away, THANK YOU!!!! They took us home and picked us up with the truck fixed within 24 hours.

  Had a great experience! Everyone there was friendly and kind! They helped me every step of the way and was very transparent with the whole process. Devon and Kevin both communicated clearly and at a timely manner. They did not disappoint. Great shop, great people.

  St. Cloud Toyota treated me very kindly on my last service visit all the way from courtesy drivers to the service tech and also the service advisor.Sharmeta She did a wonderful job very friendly and courtesy. I highly rate her for everybody. that has service work done that’s why I gave the St. Cloud Toyota five star review!!

  St Cloud Toyota is staffed with the kindest and vehicle knowledgeable team! We were greeted with a smile and asked our needs, then worked with a floor salesman who listened to what we wanted and helped us achieve our buying wish with no pressure to make a sale. He knew every button's purpose in the RAV4 hybrid and was patient re explaining their use to us😂 Devon and Tony make St Cloud Toyota the top car dealership in central Minnesota!

  I had an outstanding experience with Sharmeta Hendrickson at the Toyota Service Center today. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and to have my summer wheels installed and winter wheels removed. Unfortunately, I accidentally brought the wrong tires and, due to my personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to go home to get the correct ones. Sharmeta immediately put me at ease and assured me she would help find a solution. When Toyota didn’t have the tires I needed in stock, she personally called a nearby tire shop, explained the situation, helped me order the correct tires over the phone, and then coordinated with the service team to pick them up so my vehicle could be completed the same day. She also noticed that a plastic grocery bag hook in my trunk had been broken when my winter wheels were loaded. Before I even had to mention it, she had already ordered the replacement part. I was at the dealership from 10:00 a.m. until nearly 3:00 p.m., and throughout the entire experience Sharmeta remained calm, reassuring, proactive, and incredibly kind. She went far beyond what I would expect from a service advisor, and her customer service turned what could have been a very stressful day into a positive experience. I only wish all of my experiences with the Toyota Service Center were as customer-focused as this one. Thank you, Sharmeta, for truly going above and beyond.
