Good service department. They finally admitted what I couldn't get Toyota corporate and the dealership I bought it at to say. I'd never buy another overpriced Toyota again though. My car almost killed me with the sensors deciding I was coming in too hot to the car in front of me going through an intersection, and it Braked! Stopping me in the intersection in front of a semi making an orange doing 50! The new cars don't actually belong to us. They can turn them off remotely and record every movement. Then sell that info to your insurance company to screw you over. Yay technology!

My experience at St. Cloud Toyota was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and our salesperson, Jeff Arndt, was especially helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and provided the information we needed to make an informed decision without any pressure. Highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota and Jeff if you are looking for a positive car-buying experience!

When I came in this morning to talk about my gas cover on my Toyota truck it was like a circus a simple thing turned into a circus and Dan complained about me and scolded me about asking too many questions Dan is the manager back in service and then he complained to his coworkers behind my back whispering to the point of making me very nervous and anxious and uncomfortable so I canceled my order of my parts and my service estimate I do not want them to call me or repair my vehicle because they were making fun of me

Buyer beware. Ask questions about your vehicle. I bought a new tacoma truck there 7 months ago for 56k, now trade in value is 40k. It had 13k in upgrades that they took to the state fair and displayed for St Cloud Toyota. Salesman was very proud of the upgrades it looks great, has this and that. But when you want to trade it in, they say because of the aftermarket upgrades it does not increase the value of the vehicle. Then why did they do it, why didn't they say these upgrades have no value for resale or trade in. Drove it 3300 miles and it dropped in value by 16k. The upgraded shocks broke after 3000 miles. I talked to a mechanic and he was very surprised to hear shocks breaking within 3ooo miles of just driving it to work and home, no off roading. Warranty is covering it, but very concerned now I'll be in every 3000 miles with broken shocks. I wonder about the other upgrades that I paid big money for, when do they fail, did they even research the actual upgrade brands they were using, since they have no value anyway? Wish I would have went elsewhere. **** The third party company that did the upgrades did replace the shocks. Runs great now. The truck was then left in front of Stc Toyota overnight with all the doors unlocked. It went unnoticed until I came in and took back my truck.

Part 2: It gets worse. After begging St Cloud Toyota to send our key via FedEx or UPS and having this confirmed that FedEx or UPS would be used they send the key via SpeeDee Delivery!! I got the tracking number this morning and as of 5:08pm today SpeeDee tells me that my package does not exist in their system! Do not set foot in St Cloud Toyota. We drove 170 miles one way to buy our truck. When St. Cloud Toyota replied to my review they told me to stop by and pickup my key. No communication internally as they were supposed to next day my key. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. St Cloud Toyota tool our money and pooped in our soup bowl. Horrible experience. Started off well. Somebody has our second key and most likely our address. So far zero help from St Cloud Toyota which is allegedly a “great dealer.” Getting the run around on what happened to the second key. It was supposedly on somebody’s desk. Beyond disappointed. Not a good feeling after dropping big money and wondering if it will be in our driveway in the morning St. Cloud Toyota needs to make this right. They lost the second key!!
