  Top of the line service in every area ! Courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, honest & everyone we met had a smile, that in itself nowadays is so very appreciated. Rob is a good ole boy who is great to work with, well he’s not really that old. 😉 His sense of humor sets one at ease from the get go. We’ve been very satisfied as this is the 2nd vehicle we’ve bought from them. 👍👍

  Wouldn’t recommend this place save ur money the general manager is racist and there’s factual proof and videos of him using racial slurs. I would rather save my money and go somewhere else that doesn’t use such language

  First time car buying experience went very well with St. Cloud Toyota. Jeff Green went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and attentive, answered all my questions, and was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Mitch in the finance department was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

  SLEAZY SERVICE DEPT. DON'T TRUST THEM!! I purchased my 2020 Tundra from St.Cloud Toyota New in July of 2020. I've been a loyal customer to them ever since and would drive 35 miles one way because I trusted them and had them do all my oil changes, transmission and differential fluid changes, everything etc. until yesterday. I scheduled and went in for an oil change & tire rotation. 1 1/2 hours into it my service advisor informs me that I had 2 critical items that should be replaced. One was the key fob battery for $10 and the other was the starting battery that was failing and should be replaced for $270. I said OK go ahead and replace them. After thinking about it for 10 minutes I went back to the service advisor and asked if there was any warranty on the battery since I bought and had it replaced there 2 1/2 years ago. After he checked into it with another advisor they found out the battery had a 100% replacement up to 2 years and a 50% replacement for 2-4 years so I qualified for the 1/2 price battery ($135). After another 1 1/2 hours of waiting around I stopped in to see the advisor and asked why it was taking so long? He said he was just finishing up the new paper work because I didn't need a battery after all. I said what? He said that it tested fine after a few more tests. I asked are you serious?? I was ready to pay you to replace it for $270 and then we find out its under warranty and now you say the battery is fine?? What?? because it's under warranty and now you don't want to replace it? I asked to speak to the service manager and they said he was unavailable so they gave me a $20 discount, lol! I then called and left a message at the front desk for the General Manager to call me... still no call! Then it even gets better! I got home opened the hood to see if they installed the battery back in place the correct way and noticed the oil dip stick was sticking out over 1 foot! (see photo) and then I notice my tire pressure was higher than normal so I looked at the spec sheets that the so called "Certified Technician" Filled out. He set my tire pressure at 37 lbs at 80 degrees outside and specs on the truck are 30lbs front and 33 lbs rear ( see photos) I don't even fill them over 34 lbs in the middle of winter!! Now I need to have my oil changed again because I have no idea how much dirt is in my engine oil and buy a new battery so it starts this winter, but it won't be happen at St Cloud Toyota!! Do yourselves a favor and stay away from these crooks they have no clue what they're doing and can't be trusted!!!!

  St Cloud Toyota never ceased to amaze me. I broke down near Little Falls on the Friday afternoon of Labor Day. I had an error message "check hybrid system" and I slowly lost power on my 2011 Prius. I tried calling Duluth Toyota (MY local service center) and after several non-responses and voice mails, I decided to call the St cloud dealer. WOW!!! I was treated with such professional courtesy. They understood the urgency of my being stranded on a rural road 200 miles from home and my concern with the "hybrid" light coming up. It was 1:30, my service manager explained I needed to be towed in by 3:30 and he would have someone available to look at it; however, before I hung up he comforted me with the possibility that it could be as simple as a 12v battery and not something life altering. The tow truck got me there at 3:35. Fernando Garcia-Ramirez was waiting for me and the tow truck unloaded my vehicle. He got a tech right on it and after testing my vehicle, they identified that it seemed more complicated then just a battery. But without missing a beat, he said, "let's find her a courtesy vehicle so she's not stranded". By 5pm, my car was moved to device, I was in a rental car with a one week agreement as Fernando explained that with the holiday they wouldn't be able to work on it til Wednesday, order parts and if all went as planned, I would be able to pick my fixed vehicle up on Friday. On Wednesday, I received a call with a price and completion time. I was told my repairs were fairly inexpensive and parts could be on by Thursday and ready Friday. On Thursday it was ready to go. I explained I had just started back at school and could I pick up on Saturday, he said that was fine. I paid my invoice via telephone and he said I could pick up from the sales dept on Saturday by 5pm (fill gas tank). It runs great, there are some new features it never had before and my had mileage improved!!! But I can't emphasize enough the professionalism and courtesy that this dealership showed me. I'm not a regular, I've never bought a car from this dealer, and yet they still treated me like I was a family member and as much a priority as if I was "their" mother. I have dealt with dealerships all over the country from Denver to Wisconsin and back again, but NO WHERE had a dealership (or repair shop for that matter) ever treated me with such attentive, compassionate service. A one to five star rating does not come close to giving the number of stars this dealership should receive for the outstanding and honest coordination that I received. From now on, I will ONLY break down in the St. Cloud area because I don't believe service on this level exists anywhere else. Thank you St. Cloud Toyota.
