  Started with a tiny rock strike on the left edge of the windshield. was hardly worth noticing, just a little tick sound. Left a star right at the edge, but by the time we got off the lake a 3" crack had appeared. That evening it was 7-8", the next morning about 10 inches, stretching straight across the center of the windshield. I went online to Safelight, filed a claim with my insurance info, set an appointment and kicked back. They came right to my home, and a few hours later it was handled, anti-collision / auto lights camera was calibrated and new wipers installed. Altogether a great experience. The tech was very nice. He kept me up to date, called several times prior to his arrival to update his itinerary and supply me with an updated ETA. Worry free, hassle free. Hated to have to do it, but it could not have gone better!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Thank you Safelite!!!

  Jamison did a great job replacing the windshield and recalibrating the cameras on our 2026 Mazda CX 70. His customer service and communication skills were excellent. Safelite was easy to work with following a big rock chip from a passing truck and trailer carrying excavation equipment. What a relief to get that done quickly and professionally.

  My son called me and said a construction vehicle pulled onto the road as he was going to work and through a rock. While he was at work I searched the internet to see who I could get to fix his windshield. Safelite popped up and I called the one closes to us I spoke to a wonderful young lady on the other end she was very polite and explained everything to me and asked how big the crack to depend which way to go. She told the times and I picked a date and time. When I got there the young man was very polite and explained everything and price right away to make sure I understood. He proceeded and told me it would be a hour. Told me there was water or coffee in the room where I waited. Everything was as he said and when it was done came and got me he explained what he did and what to expect. I paid my bill and he said to have a wonderful day I was very pleased.

  My insurance provider GEICO recommended safelite, easy to schedule an appointment at my home. Technician Daniel was police and explained everything I needed to know about the replacement of my cracked drivers side window. He called and then texted his eta, arrived on time and completed the replacement quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience and I would use safelite again. Thank you!
