  Something happened at this location over the last few months. New manager maybe? Last oil change has proved to be disastrous. Took extra long for basic oil change. Like, it was obvious something happened under my car. I heard them discussing.... Then suddenly he was done, showed me my dipstick and I was on my way. No headlight check. No air in my tires that I recall. No blinker check. Nothing. Days later I'm noticing oil leaking out of my car. Not drips... Puddles. Checked the oil one week after oil change and I was low. Added oil. Had to drive to work. Check engine light now just flashes all the time. It's dunzo... And that was the LAST time I will EVER visit a valvoline again. Can I prove it? Of course not. Will they say they aren't responsible? We shall see.....

  Skyler was very kind and a joy. Manager was actually quite rude and not a great leader. Just barked at the other technicians. Don’t find it to be a great experience other than Skyler.

  I sent my wife in for an oil change and specifically told the service guy on the phone she needed just a synthetic blend oil change nothing else and they did a full synthetic oil even after you specifically stated what we needed. This is wrong we wont use this place again.

  I had just gotten an oil change less than a month ago but I came in because I suspected my oil was leaking. Kyle helped me out and was extremely nice & helpful. He looked at it and saw no oil leaking signs but topped me off complimentary. I will be absolutely coming back here for all my oil changes! Thanks Kyle!
