The craftsmanship and paint match, perfect both times. I was worried because my paint is metallic black, I wanted it to match even in bright sun. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Excellent work, ready when promised.

I reached out to HEI multiple times (I left voicemails) with no return phone calls. Communication is key in my opinion and it would’ve been nice to have updates on the progress. I only found out the car was finished by calling (yet again). One minute I was told it was over the threshold to be totaled (after it was already fixed) and then I hear it wasn’t. Having new employees isn’t an excuse in my book. I don’t appreciate the inconsistency in communication with me as well as my insurance provider. I’m not one to leave reviews normally but I felt this needed to be shared.
