I purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda CR-V in December, and unfortunately it has been one issue after another ever since. While I appreciate that the dealership has been courteous and willing to make repairs, the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had to bring it back to the dealership seven separate times, including multiple visits for the same recurring issue. My car was just in the shop for nearly a week, and on the very first day I got it back, I discovered that the windshield wipers are not functioning correctly and now I have to return again.
When you purchase a brand-new vehicle, you expect reliability and peace of mind, not repeated trips to the service department. I do want to acknowledge that the staff has been professional and has attempted to address the problems, but after seven visits in just a few months, my confidence in this vehicle has been seriously shaken.
I sincerely hope Honda and the dealership can provide a permanent resolution because this has not been the ownership experience I expected from a new car.
I visited Buerkle Honda this morning (without an appointment) because the windshield wipers on my Honda Odyssey got crossed and stopped working yesterday evening during a rain storm. The service advisor, Suracahi Skye, pulled out a ratchet wrench set and started working on the wipers while I watched. He fixed my wipers and sent me on my way. Many thanks to Buerkle Honda, Suracaai Skye, and the service director, Ken Anderson. They are good people to work with.

I am so excited for my 2026 Honda HRV! After a stressful time searching for a new vehicle, Jay helped me in one day flat. Sent me all kinds of options in my price and amenity range. Jay KNOWS cars and people more than anyone else. He is an exceptional listener about what you need in a car and delivers beyond expectations. Honestly, I never knew, before I met him, how flawless and seamless it could be to buy from a dealership. His guidance in car options as well as advocacy around financing went above and beyond (also BIG shoutout to Val in the financing office, who was the frosting on top). Thank you Jay and Buerkle Honda for getting me to beyond where I even hoped to be. I am hooked!

I came down from Duluth on a whim as a walk-in customer and the experience I had was better than I anticipated! Very nice facility with friendly staff and good amenities!
I worked with a salesperson named Josh and he was super helpful, easy to talk with, informative and even took extra steps to make sure that I felt like I was being taken care of the whole time I was there. Additionally, the finance manager I worked with (Tong) was a quick, easy and pleasant process.
At the end of my time at the dealership, I walked away very satisfied with an early turn in of my old Honda Lease (24' HR-V) and into a new Honda Lease (26' Prologue) after about 5 or so hours of total time at the dealership.
