Grease Monkey in Stillwater, MN did expensive damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility. Their staff are clearly not trained or experienced enough to do basic vehicle maintenance. I brought my Chevrolet Suburban to Grease Monkey in Stillwater for oil changes last winter. When I returned this June, a Grease Monkey Stillwater manager told me my oil plug had been cross-threaded, causing it to leak. This employee acknowledged that it had been done at my last oil change at this same location. After months of patiently trying to get the company to fix or replace the oil pan, I took it to another shop, which did the work quickly and professionally. I submitted a claim with Grease Monkey for reimbursement and the company denied my claim. I have now paid almost $1,500 out of my pocket to pay for damage done by Grease Monkey Stillwater. I have provided ample evidence that it was their employees who damaged my vehicle but their corporate office has denied it and forced me to swallow this cost. Do not give Grease Monkey your business, it's not worth the convenience when their employees are not qualified to do the work and their corporate office will not cover damage done by their employees.

If you're looking for an oil change that's actually quick, stress-free, and done by people who genuinely care, this is the place. I brought in two company vehicles today, and both were serviced quickly without feeling rushed. The guy working was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. It's hard to find a shop that's efficient and has great customer service, but Grease Monkey nailed both. No long wait times, no pressure, just honest, fast service with a smile. This has officially become my go-to place for oil changes, and I'll definitely keep coming back. 10/10—highly recommend Grease Monkey Stillwater!

They did a fine job but the prices are high. I guess it’s on me to check first. Just a heads up: 109.99 for full synthetic, air filter 35.99, cabin filter 49.99.
