- RRRApr 17, 20265.0I had such an incredible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I truly can’t say enough good things about Jack, the manager. From the moment I walked in, he handled everything with the kindest demeanor and the best professionalism—something that meant so much during what was already a very stressful day for me. What really stood out is how far he went above and beyond to make sure I got into exactly the vehicle I needed. He didn’t just do his job—he genuinely cared. You can just tell when someone is an exceptional human, and Jack absolutely is. His kindness, patience, and heart made a lasting impression on me. Experiences like this are rare. I will only go through Enterprise in Stillwater from here on out—even if it means going out of my way—because of how amazing this experience was. I would recommend this location over and over again. Jack truly touched my heart. Thank you for being such a fantastic person.

The first car that he gave us there was a malfunction with the cruise control so I returned the car and he swapped it out immediately without any wait so I was able to get on the road to attend my father's funeral. Very happy with the Stillwater Minnesota Enterprise employees..
