- JMJessica Monroe3 days ago5.0What a crew to be around always so pleasant. Indeed lines can be long determined on the day and time of course but they always came to check on me and and that to me is excellent costumer service in which people just don't take pride in anymore.

The threads were wrecked. The Oakdale store did their best to reattach and were able to for a little while before it came off again. I’d expect Valvoline Customer Service to respond back to my emails and phone calls to submit a claims report but have not.

While I was waiting in line, he came over on his own to let me know that my vehicle requires a specific type of oil and filter. He took the time to explain what I should ask for, even before I got to the service bay. He also offered to check my oil and let me know when I should come back for my next change. JR wasn’t just doing his job, he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure my car was taken care of correctly. It’s rare to meet someone who goes out of their way to help a customer without being asked. Valvoline is lucky to have someone with his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you, JR!
