- HOHoward OjalvoAug 23, 20262.0I was at Valvoline on Lexington Ave in Saint Paul. There were 2 bays where cars were being serviced. No one came to greet me so I chose one of them randomly. Another car pulled in and went to the other bay 10 minutes after I arrived. That bay freed up and they got serviced with me still waiting. I was very annoyed but continued to wait. So I asked a worker what was up with that. They told me my wait would be another 5 minutes. I was annoyed and drove off to the Valvoline on Hamline. They were fully staffed and I pulled over to an empty bay. The employees were practicing their throws into an empty barrel. This kept me waiting in my car for 5 minutes until I stuck my head out the window and asked when they would get to me. This awakened them and they finally got to my car. I've also noticed drastically increased in the price oan oil change from 6 months ago.
