- LVLailanie VasquezMay 30, 20261.0Had an oil change on Tuesday then my engine light came on so I brought my vehicle immediately back for inspection to Valvoline they stated it wasn't their problem that it was a fuel code brought my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection come to find out they did not put my air filter box back together correctly which was causing air to get into the engine causing it to sputter when I called the claims department they stated to submit paperwork and that Jay would immediately contact GMC to provide them payment for the repair but once I called directly to Jay he stated that its the weekend he won't be able to get to that and he has to check his emails I ended up paying to get my vehicle out and now I'm waiting for reimbursement from Valvoline and they still have not provided me a realistic time frame for that
