  Oil change is stupid expensive but I’m glad you offer military discount. I could not afford to buy the extras that were highly recommended. Like the $25 per wiper. $50 for a set. Or the $20 air filter. Would have brought me to $170 for everything. Great business opportunity but you almost sucked me dry in a bad way.

  I just stopped by for help with a myriad of issues (I have never been to this Valvoline location as it is very far from where I live) and I was BLOWN AWAY by the entire staff and environment. It was such a chaotic day, and Seville walked out to my car with the biggest smile. He assured me that they could help and was seriously friendly as I was describing what led me to this point and did not talk down to me at all for having no clue what I was talking about. Then I met John, who was equally friendly, joyful, and genuine about explaining everything. It literally made my day. I hardly ever write reviews... but this is a rare exception. Seville was clearly setting the work culture for the entire place and it showed. Whoever is in charge - and to whom it may concern - PLEASE SEND A RAISE TO SEVILLE AND JOHN! Thank you both.

  My boyfriend took my car to Valvoline for a simple oil change, and the experience was awful from start to finish. The employees were rude, dismissive, and had attitude the entire time like he was inconveniencing them by being a customer. Then they sold him semi-synthetic oil instead of full synthetic — conveniently the kind that requires more frequent oil changes. It honestly felt intentional, like they were trying to make sure we’d have to come back sooner. Spoiler alert: we will NEVER be returning to any Valvoline after this experience. But it gets worse. The VERY NEXT DAY, I got a flat tire. I took my car to Discount Tire, and they found a random plastic piece shoved up against my front tire. Then they checked the back tire and found the SAME thing there too. What are the odds? Coincidence? I seriously doubt it. What should have been a quick routine oil change ended up costing me time, stress, an Uber ride, and an entire day dealing with tire issues I did NOT have beforehand. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend people avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated poorly and leaving with more problems than you came in with

  Brought my car back with an issue after an oil change and The assistant manager Enrique helped me personally did the entire process over, made sure to do all he could to improve the issue with my car. Enrique also went above and beyond by encouraging me to take my car in to a mechanic, with advice on what this could be and how to get a quote. His kindness and willingness to problem solve with me meant so much to me. You never know what someone is going through behind the scenes and his kindness impacted me today. Thanks Enrique!

  I always come here because the team here is so awesome to work with. They have saved me tons of mechanic fees by recommending the things I need. When they accidentally put the wrong rear wiper on they ran to ORileys for me and paid for the correct wiper and swapped it for free!! 12/10 would definitely recommend! If you don’t bring your car here….do you even care about your car?! Super satisfied customer.-Matt 13 Honda CRV
