This time, I caught a break in my schedule and went in with just over half an hour to spare. I felt so guilty about being one of "those" customers who shows up after the crew has prepared for closing time, but I was treated with calm hospitality and was not rushed at any point in my service. Hamza was in charge with 2 other guys under the bay who actually seemed eager to work! My SUV was in desperate need for almost everything as the last time the previous vehicle owner had any work done was 6 months ago... But I only had 100$ on me to get the basics. This is where Hamza really shone, and is my hero. He was able to keep the cost under that bill and still get me what I needed. He was the chillest bro. I have been coming to Valvoline for 20 years and through half a dozen cars, and Hamza proves why I keep returning. I have never once had a bad experience, no matter the crew; I've always been greeted with a smile, been kept well informed about the status of my vehicle, and have enjoyed the banter while waiting through service. And not just Hamza, but as I was pulling out, I heard the crew under the bay shout out "Thank you Sir!" I didn't know if they would hear me respond, so I honked, and I hope they get the chance to read this comment because I can't remember the last time I'd been so well taken care of and happy that I NEEDED to tell someone. I'll see you guys in another couple weeks to spend my paycheck some more! Thank you!!!
