- SPScott Peters5 days ago1.0Today Sunday the 5th, I was pushed aside for a white work truck to go in front of me when I was there first. While they did my oil change I had to actually ask them to fill my windshield wiper reservoir. I didn't think it would be a major issue considering we pay over $100 for an oil change. They didn't check they just said it's taken care of. When I pulled into my apartment it was bone dry. Wasn't even checked. I don't know if they actually do an 18 point inspection or is that sign there to make them look impressive. We dont even get sheets of what they check like they used to. We just assume they check your tire pressure. I just assume they would check my windshield washer fluid. But NO. Not even when I asked them to check it. I feel they pushed me aside just like having a white work truck slide in before me. I just guessed all Valvoline instant oil places were trust worthy and honest.
