  (7 years ago) got an oil change from here drove my car home 15 minutes to Rice MN, dead on the side of the road called the shop they sent a guy out to look at it, pulled the dipstick out "no oil". Boy do I wish now that I would have just blown up at dude when he got there engines don't just blow 30 minutes after an oil change. "That's life" (Frank Sinatra). See a video, where a guy at jiffy lube forgot to replace the cap, and it clicks (EUREKA!) that's more then likely what happened. dude forgot to replace it, I didn't think to look at it didn't care to delve into why it broke just carry on; till now. So I hate this place and will never return here. Addendum: If anyone ever has a complaint about any business record the phone call, shady people will twist words to manipulate anything. Think of the time Neil DeGrasse Tyson did jury duty and the judge couldn't remember what the dude said 5 minutes ago. Cold world out there kids grab a coat (or record everything).

  Oil change was quick and easy was thinking I would come back here next time until I turned on my windshield wipers and the sticky greasy substance when all over the window and I couldn’t see out of it. I had to pull over and go to the gas station and scrub my window when I called to report this they said I have no idea why that would be! Obviously, something was not put in my washer fluid that was supposed to be there. Since then, I’ve had to flush out my windshield washer, fluid container, and it still leaves a weird substance on my window. Disappointed that they didn’t offer a solution and I had to deal with this on my own.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took my vehicle to Snappy Lube and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, fast, and had me back on the road before I could finish scrolling my phone. No pressure, no upselling, just great service. My truck left happier than I did—and that’s saying something! I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. Joseph A. (2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2)
