  Safelite handled my cracked windshield. I had a great experience overall from talking to customer service and scheduling the actual service. Technician was Benjamin and he handled my repair. He was very friendly and professional, answering my questions and communicating details. I don’t want to crack my windshield again but if I do, I’ll trust Safelite! I recommend!

  DO NOT use this company to replace your auto glass. This company took it upon themselves to touch other parts of my vehicle that resulted in me having to pay $100 to get fixed. They are suppose to replace your windshield and that's it. But it is not all that they do. In an attempt to soak more money out of you, they start to "check" other parts of your car. Because they screwed around with my vehicle. It caused a terrible noise to emit from my dash area. Not knowing what the problem was, I took it to my local mechanic. And after a fair amount of diagnosis my mechanic found a leaf inside my blower motor. He then asked me if I had recently replaced my cabin air filter!!! In a nutshell, the technician dropped a leaf down into my blower motor when he screwed around with it. "Standard" proceedure with the St. Cloud branch is to rip apart your glove compartment without your consent or knowledge. All to try and upsell you a grossly overpriced cabin air filter. Even worse, the St. Cloud branch refuses to reimburse me the $100 it cost me because of the problem that they created. Again, created without my consent. A Google search will also show that they have had many legal issues and lawsuits. * Insurance Overbilling and Fraud Settlement: A whistleblower lawsuit filed by a former manager accused Safelite of billing insurance companies for expensive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and premium molding while actually installing cheaper universal parts. The suits also claimed Safelite billed for COVID-19 vehicle sanitization services that were never performed. Safelite agreed to a $31 million settlement to resolve these California and Illinois whistleblower claims. *Consumer Privacy Violations: A class-action lawsuit filed in California accuses Safelite of egregious violations of consumer privacy and wiretap acts through tracking practices and intercepting private user communications. *False Advertising Claims: Windshield repair competitor Ultra Bond sued Safelite under the federal Lanham Act. The suit claims Safelite ran a misleading marketing campaign stating that windshield cracks longer than six inches must be replaced rather than repaired, which allegedly hurt demand for competitor repair products.

  Mitchell and Rodney were so exceptionally helpful and kind. Super seamless process. Both guys were informative and walked me through what was going to happen and gave me realistic timeline from start to finish. We'll be back for all our vehicle window needs. They even put my oil change sticker from my old windshield onto my new one 🤣🤣🤣 that's Attention to detail! Amazing guys! Thank you. Highly recommend.
