DaiDai provided hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I needed a different vehicle because of an injury I received in the military. Without hesitation, he told me to come back later and he would have one ready. When I returned, he had cleaned out a Dodge Durango for me. Unfortunately, when I looked inside, I noticed it smelled like cigarettes. Again, without hesitation or any hassle, he cleaned out another vehicle and had me on my way. DaiDai went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle that worked for me. His kindness, understanding, and willingness to help made the entire experience easy. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

The staff were very helpful, kind, and did their best to expediently take care of all the customers in the waiting room. The manager even called me after dropoff to ensure I was satisfied with my whole experience, which I really appreciated.

My wife and I got a rental here though our insurance company and we had a great experience. The person that helped us was very friendly and worked quickly to get us through the rental process and on our way. I would definitely recommend them to people know and wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time if I we're in the need of a car to rent.
