    Very easy and quick. An agent named Erin checked me in and was very helpful and friendly. I probably wouldn't use the choice in Which they choose the car - I really didn't like the subcompact, though it was clean and ran fine.

    We used this Enterprise Car Rental location (off Hwy 65, Spring Lake Park, MN) for the first time. It was a great experience. Any workers we talked to in person or on the phone were professional, efficient, kind, pleasant, thorough, accommodating, helpful. Additionally, not only was the price one of the best, but we received the vehicle we reserved. We really appreciated your customer service - we will for sure be back for future car rental needs. Thank you.

    They “ran out of vehicles” without even notifying me or even giving me a call ! I reserved my vehicle 2 weeks in advance and I was told when I came for pick up!! Waste of time and energy! Never again

    Reserved a vehicle ahead of time and showed up to pick it up, only to find out there was an issue and nobody had called or left a message beforehand. It was really frustrating to make the trip expecting everything to be ready with zero communication from the location. A quick phone call or voicemail would’ve saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Hoping they improve their customer communication moving forward.
