    They “ran out of vehicles” without even notifying me or even giving me a call ! I reserved my vehicle 2 weeks in advance and I was told when I came for pick up!! Waste of time and energy! Never again

    Unprofessional and incompetent staff and company! How can you reserve a vehicle and show up only to hear they are no more cars for rent ? Without prior notification phone call or messages. Not even an email ! Save your money and your time

    Reserved a vehicle ahead of time and showed up to pick it up, only to find out there was an issue and nobody had called or left a message beforehand. It was really frustrating to make the trip expecting everything to be ready with zero communication from the location. A quick phone call or voicemail would’ve saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Hoping they improve their customer communication moving forward.
