  To whom it may concern, The rental place is good but please do NOT buy cars from ENTERPRISE Auto Sales. The truck was binging and beeping right after we pulled off of the lot. I work 60+ hours a week and was promised that we would be accommodated since we purchased a vehicle with an warranty. They are doing everything in their power to make this inconvenient for us and to treat us like we sold them a bad car when they sold us a bad car. And we even paid for their warranty. They took my car for 2 days last time, gave it back to me, said it was fine and still the same lights/alerts. The same lights came on. It was the same problem. Then, they admitted that they did not replace the part The first time so now I am bringing my "new "car in more than I do with the car we were trying to relace

  I’m a repeat customer of Enterprise Car Sales. Buying a car is stressful, and I dread dealing with pushy salespeople. Enterprise isn’t like that at all. There are no dealer fees, no hidden charges, and no bait‑and‑switch tactics. They’re transparent about what they sell. Enterprise doesn’t try to put you in the most profitable vehicle; they focus on getting you in the right vehicle. Long story short, Alex Warne and Kong Vang are great to work with. I bought both of my Nissans from them, and they’ve been reliable cars. As a bigger guy, I need space, and on several occasions they’ve helped me rethink my choices to make sure I ended up in the right vehicle. I would’ve regretted my decision if they hadn’t guided me toward what actually fit my needs. I’ll definitely be back for my next purchase.

  Unfortunately, my previous vehicle was declared a total loss, and with my busy work schedule, I simply did not have the time to spend days shopping for a replacement. I visited 12 different dealerships and was consistently shown vehicles that were over eight years old, had more than 90,000 miles, and came with high-interest financing options. It was discouraging and frustrating. While renting a vehicle from Enterprise, I learned that they also sell vehicles. An employee asked if I would be interested in speaking with someone from their sales team, and I agreed. Shortly afterward, I received a call and scheduled an appointment at the Minneapolis location since I was working nearby. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. He had several vehicles ready for me to review and test drive, guided me through the process, and quickly submitted my financing application. The entire experience was efficient, stress-free, and customer-focused. I was impressed by the quality of the vehicles available—low mileage, well-maintained, accident-free, and backed by detailed vehicle history reports. The difference between this experience and my previous dealership visits was remarkable. Because of the outstanding service I received, I have already recommended Enterprise Car Sales to my family and friends. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Enterprise.
