- JJJQ5 days ago1.0I was there for an oil change. They told me to turn my car off and then back on again so they could also check my lights. One man went behind my car to check the tail lights while another man was in the front. The man at the back came to me and said, "Both of your tail lights are out. Want me to replace them?" I said, "What? Really?" and was about to get out of my car to check when the guy in front shook his head 'No' to him. The guy then said, "Nevermind. Let me just check" he then reached his hand in my car to check the lights for himself. He walked back and said, "Yeah, nevermind, they're working." I was NOT happy about that and won't be going back to this place.

- AGAl GerhardtMay 30, 20261.0Disappointed after sitting in line for 45 minutes, because they had just one lane open, I was then told they couldn’t help with an oil change because my 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee had just over 6000 miles on it and they didn’t have any information my vehicle because it was too new, so they didn’t know what kind of oil to use. So I guess if your vehicle is less than 1 year old you shouldn’t go to Valvoline.
