  We stop frequently at Maveriks across the US. This particular one always has the best donuts! Please pass along what you’re doing to all the other Maveriks, they are never fresh or taste near as good. Store is always clean and we never had bad service.

  Honestly, my experience at the Sherburn, MN Maverick was really disappointing. The morning shift was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The attitude from the employees made it feel like customers were an inconvenience rather than people they were there to help. I understand everyone can have a bad morning, but basic friendliness and respect should still be expected when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, the way the morning shift treated me left a really bad impression and made me not want to come back. Hopefully management takes the time to address the customer service because the attitude of the morning staff can really affect someone's entire experience at the store.

  Stopped for coffee this morning with my husband. We typically enjoy Maverik. In addition to coffee I chose an iced tea. On the way to pay I took a sip, sweet tea was dispensed from the unsweetened urn. I can't stand sweet tea. The cashier was fully aware of what happened and stated she'd check on it. She offered no remedy and had a sour attitude. Disappointing. Customer service matters.

  Ewww, worst truck stop music evr...nvr agn...if it hadn't been outa necessity, would have walked out & gone elsewhere immediately after walkn in.
