  Bought a new 22’ Bennington Tri-toon in May 2024. They were quick to take my money but slow to give it back when I changed my mind about an extended warranty (I did purchase it directly from the Manufacturer, Mercury). The nut cracked on my stern light so I contacted Service and they said it was under warranty and ordered it. When it came in, they asked if I wanted it installed and I said yes, I thought it was a simple little screw the nut on the back of the stern light. They charged me $50. I guess they forgot I had just bought a $85,000 boat. Every time I call Customer Service they have an excuse that it’s not under warranty or it’s not covered or if I don’t have the part that they glued on, (it got lost because they didn’t glue it on correctly) if I didn’t have the part there wasn’t any warranty. I would never buy a boat from these people. As far as I’m concerned it’s terrible from top to bottom, the whole place, new sales, salesman, sales manager, service, customer service.

  The staff at the Tracker Boating Center are amazing. I bought a brand new Pro Team 175 boat, and it was a smooth awesome experience. I brought the boat back to have wiring installed for a bow mounted graph. They forgot to run the power for it. Blair in the service center stayed after hours to ensure the power was wired correctly and cleanly. Blair just came up from one of their Florida locations. While he was running power for the graph he explained that he is unhappy with the way service is handled and is planning on making major changes so they take accountability for their work or mistakes. He really seems to care about the entire customer experience. If you had an unpleasant experience with service, talk to Blair. He wants to make things right. I respect that. I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of service. The boat is pretty awesome too.

  They are very helpful. After 3 years of purchase Jordan was able to assist me with finding the correct tiny plug for my hydraulic tilt
