- ASAj SillsJun 24, 20265.0The staff at the Tracker Boating Center are amazing. I bought a brand new Pro Team 175 boat, and it was a smooth awesome experience. I brought the boat back to have wiring installed for a bow mounted graph. They forgot to run the power for it. Blair in the service center stayed after hours to ensure the power was wired correctly and cleanly. Blair just came up from one of their Florida locations. While he was running power for the graph he explained that he is unhappy with the way service is handled and is planning on making major changes so they take accountability for their work or mistakes. He really seems to care about the entire customer experience. If you had an unpleasant experience with service, talk to Blair. He wants to make things right. I respect that. I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of service. The boat is pretty awesome too.

I took my parts on the honor system of call us tomorrow and someone's else will take care of the charges over the phone. It's a long haul for that kind of help. Odd, just odd!
