  My service advisor at Apple Ford of Shakopee had my back. My appointment was scheduled at Apple Vally Ford by mistake so when I showed up at 7:30am at the incorrect location he recognized the issue right away and told me not to worry because they would squeeze me in. After my Ranger was ready to go he apologized to me for the longer than usual wait and that he personally changed my primary dealership to them. Awesome waiting room to boot. Highly recommend this group!

  I always dread buying a car, and despise dealing with used car salesmen... But going to Apple Ford Shakopee was by far my best experience with purchasing a vehicle! Ava Roberts was super friendly and easy-going. She was knowledgeable and knew who had the answers if she didn't. All the financing and warranty options were explained well and I felt super comfortable buying from these folks. I even misplaced the title for my trade-in and they made it as easy as possible. Very satisfied with my experience and my new vehicle! I would absolutely recommend Apple Ford Shakopee. Ask for Ava!!

  Can't say enough good things about my experience. Needed a new vehicle with some work needing to be done on my old Jeep. Walked in on a Monday, worked with Ryan and test drove the truck twice. Bought it that Friday. The dealership and waiting area was great. Tim was very helpful during the entire process. Peter in finance department was great to work with. Honest employees that gave you a good vibe to work with. Would highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle!

  I have had several interactions with many of the staff at Apple Ford in Shakopee and all of them have been excellent. The buying process is what you'd expect... they are kind until you push back and don't want to budge on any additional requests. However, I would say this is on par to other dealerships I have been to. Since then, I have had my Bronco serviced numerous times and every time the service advisors have been friendly, knowledgable, and overall positive. Today I worked with Dan H on an oil change and tire rotation. I loved that he called me by name and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Overall, I highly recommend them. My husband is due for a new truck and we will be working with Apple Ford Shakopee if we find the right truck for him!

  Everyone at Apple Ford Shakopee was great and made the purchasing experience painless from start to finish. Buying a vehicle from a distance, from Minnesota to New Hampshire, felt a little intimidating at first, but the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to Montrell, who went above and beyond throughout the process. He walked me through the paperwork, kept things moving, and worked directly with the transport company I arranged to make sure the truck was loaded properly for pickup. The Blue Certified 2021 F-150 Platinum arrived exactly as described and was in mint condition. I really appreciated the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Apple Ford Shakopee to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive vehicle-buying experience.
