  Bob Murphy at Apple Ford in Shakopee made this the second vehicle I've bought from him, (first was a Mach e and now a Ranger), and both experiences were easy from start to finish. He's personable and easy to talk to, has extensive product knowledge, and never once made me feel pressured or pushed toward a sale. If you're shopping at Apple Ford in Shakopee, ask for Bob — he'll take care of you.

  I can honestly say my entire process of purchasing my vehicle from Apple Ford was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I called everyone was so kind and helpful and professional! Mike and Nick were both so wonderful to work with! The whole thing went so smoothly from my trade in to my new vehicle purchase! I highly recommend Apple Ford!!!

  FYI I never write reviews, but I couldn't help myself with this dealership. I would not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a used Ford Raptor, certified, and had to bring it back a week or so later to get reinspected. They found 15 pages worth of repairs (not joking), major repairs, rebuilt the front and rear diff, rebuilt the transmission, was leaking oil from valve cover, etc. But I thought it was certified and inspected, hmm, guess they missed leaks anyone would see with the truck in the air. Also, had to bring back again for pinion spring that broke after rear diff fix, and transmission is clucking and shifting hard again. If I had not asked for a reinspection I would have been on the hook for 10k worth of fixes. Not to mention the vehicles service records before I bought it show 10k more miles before it was purchased. I have asked them to prove the milage of the vehicle on trade in and they never gave me the documentation. My vehicle has been in the shop more than I have drove it. So in theory they slapped a certified sticker on the truck, hoped someone who knew nothing about cars bought it, and then they could make a crap ton of money fixing it.

  I had a wonderful experience at Apple Ford Shakopee! On Saturday, August 1, I worked with Seth while looking for a new vehicle. After looking at several cars and taking multiple test drives, Seth helped me navigate all of my options and made the entire process so much easier. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the history of each vehicle we were interested in. He patiently answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had the information we needed to feel confident in our decision. Thanks to Seth, I drove away with my 2022 Dodge Charger, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I truly appreciate all of his help throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend asking for Seth if you're looking for a vehicle at Apple Ford Shakopee. Thank you for making my car-buying experience such a positive one!

  Having recently moved to MN, me and my husband didn't know what to expect when we were going to purchase a family vehicle for the snow (Were from Ga). We had already been to another car dealership for hours so I was discouraged we would find something when we got to Ford. But when we got to Ford, Juan Sanchez, helped us tremendously and was ever so patient, answering all our questions (car and MN related). He spent 4+ hours with us helping to find the right family vehicle that I would feel comfortable driving. If you want someone who is patient, incredibly car savy and bilingual in Spanish and English, Juan is your guy. Como nos acabábamos de mudar a Minnesota, mi marido y yo no sabíamos qué esperar a la hora de comprar un coche familiar para la nieve (somos de Georgia). Ya habíamos estado en otro concesionario durante horas, así que, cuando llegamos a Ford, no tenía muchas esperanzas de que encontráramos algo. Pero cuando llegamos a Ford, Juan Sánchez nos ayudó muchísimo y se mostró muy paciente, respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas (tanto sobre el coche como sobre Minnesota). Pasó más de cuatro horas con nosotros ayudándonos a encontrar el coche familiar adecuado con el que yo me sintiera cómoda conduciendo. Si buscas a alguien paciente, con muchísimos conocimientos sobre coches y bilingüe en español e inglés, Juan es tu persona.
