I had an excellent experience working with Juan at Apple Ford Shakopee. I had been shopping around at several dealerships, and Juan stood out because he was honest, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, worked hard to find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for, and made the entire process as smooth as possible.
Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’re driving several hours to get there, but Juan made it worth the trip. He was professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I absolutely love my new Expedition and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Michael served us very well, he was very upfront about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He sat down with us and went over the Carfax history explaining how they ended up with the car and the issues that were fixed. I had a great experience working with Kyle during my search for a new truck. Even though finding exactly what I wanted wasn’t easy, he went above and beyond every step of the way. He spent a lot of time checking inventory, tracking down potential options, and sending me detailed information, pictures, and videos so I could make an informed decision.
At no point did I feel pressured — Kyle was patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right truck rather than just making a sale. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, and it definitely stood out.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to put in the extra effort, I highly recommend asking for Kyle.

I recently visited this dealership to negotiate the purchase of an F-150. Based on current market data, many dealerships in the area are discounting these trucks by $5,000–$7,000 off MSRP. However, once we sat down to discuss pricing, they were unwilling to negotiate beyond their initial $2,000 discount and remained firm on their offer.
I've negotiated vehicle purchases before, so I understand that every dealership has the right to set its pricing. That said, if a dealer isn't willing to work with you and the numbers don't make sense compared to the market, don't feel pressured to move forward. Be prepared to politely thank them for their time, get up, and walk away. There are plenty of other dealerships that may be more willing to earn your business.
I came in one evening to test drive a new Ford F-150 and had the opportunity to work with Tim Baird as my salesman. We test drive the truck and everything checked as it should. He was easy to talk to and was not trying to be pushy towards the sale. Tim was assertive and answered all my questions.
When we got back to the dealership, we talked some numbers for my trade-in with the finance/sales manager and we agreed on the final purchase. It was very smooth and quick with no hassle.
The truck was a show floor vehicle and he mentioned that it needed a detail from people climbing in and out of it. He promised a detail after I purchased the truck. He followed up his word and honored a full detail.
He followed up several times after I purchased the truck to see if I liked everything with the truck. This is my first Ford truck and I really enjoy it. Kudos to Tim! A++
