My girlfriend bought a used truck and wasn't happy with it. They took care of her and she got a great deal on a 2026 ram 1500 bighorn. They were great through the whole experience making sure what she wanted was there concern. This is her second vehicle from here and for sure not the last!

The best part of my experience at Apple Auto Group of Shakopee was leaving. From the moment I walked in, the salesperson acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience rather than a priority. He seemed annoyed that he had to look up from his phone, get out of his chair, and walk out to the lot to show me a vehicle. I had already researched the vehicle online and was genuinely interested in purchasing it. Instead of being more welcoming, he came across as disengaged and bothered by a customer's presence, creating a very disappointing first impression. Once outside, instead of showing me the other vehicles I mentioned, he immediately started asking disqualifying questions: "What's the purpose of the vehicle?" "Why do you want a new vehicle?" While those can be normal questions, the entire interaction felt less like a sales process and more like an audition where he was trying to find a reason not to sell vehicle. The most frustrating part was his constant phone use. During the most of the test drive, he sat there texting or scrolling on his phone. Every so often he'd look up and ask, "Do you like the car?" or "Does it drive good?" before going right back to whatever was apparently more important than the customer sitting next to him. After the test drive, they appraisal for my trade-in and came back with an offer that was honestly laughable. When I told him the offer was pretty low, suddenly the attitude changed. I got the standard speech about margins and market values. When I informed him that another dealership had already offered me more than double what they were offering, his response was, "Then you should take that offer." That was apparently his idea of negotiating or keeping a customer engaged. Of course, he immediately went back to looking at his phone. It's amazing how some people can be physically present while being completely absent from the actual customer experience. The irony is that I was prepared to use my trade and likely pay cash to purchase a vehicle outright. Not only that, but I was exploring the possibility of buying two vehicles for business purpose. We never even got to that conversation because this salesperson was too busy staring at his phone to discover what I was actually there for. The best part of the day, I did end up visiting the other dealership. They offered significantly more for my trade, treated me like a valued customer, and showed me a newer vehicle with fewer miles than anything I was shown here. I'll most likely be buying from them. This entire experience reflected a dealership culture that seemed completely uninterested in customer service. If you're looking for a used or a new vehicle, I'd strongly recommend shopping literally anywhere else before wasting your time here. Apple Auto Group got more time on their phone, so I guess everyone won. Good luck. You had a serious buyer standing in front of you and never looked up long enough to realize it. Before the generic Copy-and-Paste of "We're sorry, please contact management" response appears, save it. I'm not interested in excuses, or sales-spin. If management truly cares about customer service, the solution isn't just responding to reviews, it's fixing the culture and adjusting the behavior that led to it. I will not be returning, nor will my family, friends, or their acquaintances. I will not be returning, nor will my family, friends, or their acquaintances. Thank you, for helping me make a easy decision to look for a vehicle at another dealership.

Frank was great to work with when I got my 2026 Jeep Cherokee! He was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. When an issue came up with the vehicle before I bought it, he made sure it was fixed before I signed anything, which I really appreciated. He even remembered the settings I like in my Jeep and had everything set up for me when I came back to pick it up. He really went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend Frank if you’re looking for someone to work with!

It was a great experience dealing with Apple CDJR in Shakopee. They made it easy by allowing me to complete much of the paperwork online before delivery. That minimized time spent at the dealership, and time is money, and that was worth it to me. Hats off to Frank and his crew for making me want to return and deal here.
