  A huge thank you to Logan, Jacob, Abby, Nathan, Domingo in the Service Dept, as well as your Parts Department for your outstanding customer service. After visiting multiple different dealerships on a roadtrip while trying to resolve the same problem with our Wagoneer, we finally found the answer at Apple Chrysler Jeep in Shakopee. I appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested everyone was in helping me solve the problem. Instead of recommending unnecessary service and repairs, they worked together to identify that a simple filter replacement was all it needed. The team made the replacement quick and easy. I quickly was back on the road with the problem completely resolved. After the frustration, time, and money spent visiting multiple dealerships, it was incredibly refreshing to work with a team that was honest, experienced, and focused on finding the right solution.   Abby was so informative. She provided timely information regarding the diagnosis and updates of my car repair and answered my questions promptly. Excellent customer service and communication!! Charlie the tech provided detailed and easy to understand videos of the repairs needed on my car-cool and appreciated bonus communication. Abby and Charlie will be the reason I choose Apple CDJR Shakopee first for service on our cars.

  I want to appreciate Phil Pryor the Express Lane Manager of Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Shakopee MN. for always doing an excellent job for me whenever I go to get my car oil change. He is very knowledgeable, exceptional and will always take good care of me whenever I’m there for oil changed. He has a very great customers service skills. Thank you so much, Phil.

  Be aware of this service department. They have a policy that your vehicle needs to sit for three days after appointment date before they even bring it into the shop. If your appointment is on Wednesday and you drop your vehicle off, they will not even touch it until Friday. Service manager told me thats just the way it is, they are a big time dealer now, if you dont like it, go somewhere else. I will, and I recommend others do also. Reply: why would you suggest in your response that I talk to John who is the exact guy that told me to go somewhere else? You have my number Apple, if you want to make it right, you know how to get ahold of me! The truth is, John told me a wait up to seven days to even get the vehicle in the shop, AFTER you drop it off for your appointment, is acceptable to you and your business.
