  At Apple Auto they treat you like family. They greet you by name. Made car buying so easy. Our salesman Frank went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle for us.

  Service prices are absolutely predatory. My wife's van broke down and we had bought it from a dealership they bought out, they recommended we tow it there because it wasnt close to home or the area we live in. They wanted over $1100 to replace an ignition coil. (I called 3 other repair shops after and they quoted between $300-$420 for the exact same work) after our warranty covered the cost of a reasonable repair we still had to pay over $500. If we wouldn't have had to pay for a second tow to another shop and another diagnoses because of our warranty requires it I would not have paid that. Live and learn and avoid these crooks at all costs.

  I brought my wife's 2019 Jeep Cherokee infor service this morning 4/30/2026. Her name is Sandra Grace. I delt with Philip Pryor. It was a pleasure to deal with him, as usual. He is a credit to his employer, Apple Chrysler here in Shakopee.

  Just picked up my car from Apple C, D, J, R. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Had my front and back brakes replaced as well as an oil change. Luke checked me in and went over the cost. He then called me to let me know my car was ready and went over the services that were completed to make sure I had no questions. Best part was the cost was less than originally quoted. I highly recommend Apple C,D,J,R.

  I had a great experience right up until I signed the papers—after that, the customer service completely disappeared. It’s clear this dealership prioritizes making the sale, not supporting customers afterward. I purchased a brand-new vehicle and immediately ran into two issues, one of which involved the brakes—something you’d expect to be absolutely flawless on a new car. When I called to schedule service, the earliest appointment was over a week out, which was already frustrating for a new purchase. I dropped the vehicle off for my scheduled Friday appointment, expecting at least a same-day evaluation. Instead, I was told they would need to keep it until Monday. When I explained that I needed my vehicle for the weekend, I was told it’s their “policy” to keep cars for 1–2 days. Trying to be flexible, I left the vehicle anyway just so a technician could at least take a look. Hours later, I received a call saying they couldn’t even get to it that day. So now I’m stuck with unresolved issues on a brand-new vehicle—including a brake concern—and wasted time dealing with a service department that clearly doesn’t value customers’ time or needs. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and based on how I’ve been treated after the sale, I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone.
