- VWVML West1 day ago1.0⭐️ Very slow service. Waiting over 20 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous, especially since it seems to happen every time I come here. There’s also poor communication with customers—no clear direction on where to go or who’s next, and cars are left waiting without any updates. The employees are decent, the lack of organization and consistently long wait times are frustrating. I won’t be returning to this location. ZERO RECOMMEND!!!!! I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. What sucks even more, there is no one in front of me! RIDICULOUS
- CEChristina EdwardsSep 22, 20264.0Great place. Fast reliable service. This time the person did not look disgusted that i had a coupon. I appreciated that cause i have a AWD and the price with the discount was still significant for me at the time, but that was okay businesses have to run too.
- LWLee WestmorelandSep 20, 20265.0This was a great location. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Really quick service. Clean and modern location.
- GMGamzee MakaraSep 16, 20265.0Assistant manager Christina and Manager Alex are amazing. I always trust them with my vehicles
- PJPatrick JoyceSep 11, 20261.0Do not go here! Brought my car in no leaks, next day puddle of oil on the ground. Dude was making excuses before he even looked at it and then exclaimed. Not our fault. Must be a coincidence. Failed to tell me where it was leaking from. Only that they didn't cause it. Seems an awfully big coincidence. "Update" they did not resolve the problem as claimed, after I suspect they overfilled it the first time because they took it out of the top of the vehicle, not the bottom causing the leak. They redid it for free with the proper amount of oil and now say that I can't prove that they caused it, management didn't solve it. They just denied responsibility! the puddle continues to grow!
