  This was the best oil Change experience I have had! The man who helped me was so good at communicating with me and translating car information in a way I could understand, if he worked for my company I would Promote him. He is very skills and seems like an ethical salesperson too! Thanks so much!!!

  The team was very thorough and explained any questions I had in a surprisingly pleasant and cheerful tone. Normally when I got to a fast lane oil change shop, it is get in get out with minimal interaction. This lady was so kind to my son and answered all his questions in such a simple and courteous way. It made me feel that she was extremely knowledgeable about the processes in place and the workings of my vehicle.

  I went in to have my license plate lights changed and they put in the wrong ones and my car system wouldn’t pick them up. I was told to Google how to reset the light alert, but I shouldn’t have had to if the right lights were installed. I went back and told them the problem from my original visit, then they stated that they don’t carry my kind of lights I need. For a refund, I have to call their IT helpdesk. They also had no answer when I asked them why they changed it instead of telling me then that they didn’t carry it. Also, they proceeded to break my lights and system light holder without telling me and I found out later when I got home and saw it broken hanging out of my car. I won’t be going back in the future and I wanted to make others aware.

  Got my oil change and that was great but they serviced my coolant system and left air bubbles in my lines and now I’m scared to drive my car. Not much of a car guy so when they said to come back on a few days to see if the air bubbles have gone away I thought it was just routine. But after researching it I’ve learned that that can totally ruin my engine. Please fix it and refund the coolant service. I came in for expert service and now my car is worse off than it was before I went there.
