    Arrived last night, no one here. Came back this morning… still no one here. Call center tries to contact the branch but as you guessed it, there’s no one there to answer. If you want to rent a car and not be able to pick it up this is your spot

    I used the digital check-in hoping to make pickup quick and easy, but it ended up being anything but. After prepaying through Expedia and completing the check-in process before arrival, I expected to pick up my reserved vehicle and be on my way. Instead, I spent more than two hours waiting because there was no one at the counter. During that time, I made multiple calls to both Sixt customer service and Expedia trying to figure out what was happening. To make matters more confusing, I received a notification about a $127.55 charge while providing a credit card for the required deposit, despite having already prepaid for the rental. When someone finally showed up, I was given an SUV instead of the vehicle I had specifically reserved. I wasn't interested in an upgrade-I simply wanted the car I booked. The employee also mentioned that a manager might send me a voucher for a future rental, but given the overall experience and lack of follow-through, I'm not expecting to see it. The most remarkable thing about this location was how effectively it drove customers away. While I was waiting, several people arrived, found the counter unattended, and left. Based on other reviews, I suspect this review will receive a courteous corporate response about improving customer service. If so, I hope that plan reaches its destination more reliably than my reservation experience did. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

    Sixt has been very inconsistent. We have rented from them many times and each time is a different experience. Many times we've found no one at the counter but this time we did and got our keys quickly. But, when we got to the car and did our online inspection we had the wrong car come up. Unfortunately there was nobody in the kiosk at the car pick up area but what was strange was there were two cars with people just sitting in them. The only thing I could assume was they were employees that had no interest in helping because they were on break. One even started here car and turned it around so she was facing away from me. Fortunately I ended up not needing them because the right car appeared on the app. When we returned the car, once again there was no one around. Thank goodness we had no need for anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BETTER WAY TO DESCRIBE IT.

    Horrible customer service. They blond guy hung up the phone in my sister face the situation we had was renting a car and returning it to the state we are driving to ONLINE it states that we are able to do that they took our money and when we get there to pick up the rental they told us we needed a credit card WTH now we have to wait to get our money back y’all live to make life hard for people I will never go through this company ever.
