  My first time renting with SiXT and I can say that my experience was great. Love the line of cars they have available. My initial rental was for a compact, which was a Jetta. They accidentally gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle so I had to go back for the correct keys, they upgraded me 2 a BMW for my trouble.

  Prepaid reservation. Checked in on my phone. All that was left was to pick up my keys at the Sixt counter. so I make my way to the terminal 2 counter and lo and behold there’s no one there. There was however a very helpful sign advertising that they will be back in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, I called the helpline, and I am transferred to a gentleman who put me on hold. Whilst on hold, a very helpful automated feature told me I was calling outside of business hours then proceeded to hang up on me. As I was getting ready to redial and start this whole process again now, a gentleman finally saunters up to provide assistance a total of 20 minutes later. Sixt, do better. I have no problem waiting in a queue, but to be waiting for someone to assist me for 20 minutes is inexcusable.

  Very Rude Behaviour of Front Desk Manager and he Overcharged by USD 594.2 to my Credit Card on Account of Vehicle Cleaning without any Explanation. When I asked the Reason Front Deck Manager Started Shouting on me threatened to Call Local Police. I personally don’t recommend to Rent a Car from Sixth. There are Many Other Good Car Rental Companies in USA. One has check and Negotiate the Price

  I had an amazing experience with SIXT Car Rental MSP Terminal 1 . The BMW X7 M60i was absolutely fantastic on the road — the performance, comfort, technology, and handling were simply insane. I truly enjoyed the driving experience from start to finish. Agent Andre was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the vehicle and its features to me. Because of his excellent customer service and recommendations, I decided to upgrade from the BMW X6 to the BMW X7 M60i, and I’m very happy I did. Great customer service, premium vehicles, and an overall top-tier rental experience. Highly recommended!

  I had a really great experience with Sixt and wanted to highlight the level of customer service I received. From the moment I arrived, everything moved quickly and efficiently, which made a huge difference since I was on a tight schedule. The process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and ready to go, and the overall setup felt very professional. What stood out the most, though, was how the staff handled an unexpected payment issue on my end. I ran into a situation during checkout, and instead of rushing or making things difficult, the representative was extremely patient and understanding. He took the time to work with me, waited while I sorted everything out, and maintained a calm and respectful attitude the entire time. That kind of service is rare and honestly made a stressful moment much easier to deal with. Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism, speed, and especially the customer care I experienced here. I would definitely recommend Sixt to anyone looking for a reliable rental service, and I’ll be using them again in the future.
