- KWKevin WongJul 31, 20262.0I purchased a loaner xc60 back in January, and while I’ve liked the car except for a couple small SW glitches, I can share now that the support from the sales department is - Bad. I purchased adaptive cruise control, and it was weeks of messaging the sales rep (Owen) before they turned it on. He just didn’t or forgot to do it? And didn’t respond to messages, but did so immediately after I gave a bad review with Volvo . And at the time I asked them to include in the purchase an oil change at 5k (despite the 10k recommendation, it’s still good practice to change oil every 5k). I went in for a 10k service today and the service advisor told me the sales department used my 10k maintenance on the 5k oil change. I don’t know if it’s just a miss in communication or it was carelessness, but the sales department needs to do better. Shouldn’t be this difficult.

We went in to test drive a vehicle and we're told that if we weren't going to buy from there we couldn't test drive. This was after a conversation about another car we had liked at another dealership after she asked if we had looked at anything else. Pretty disappointed with this service as we were open to purchasing a vehicle at this location until this experience.

The team at Kline (shoutout to Mike!) not only fixed our car in record time, but they were communicative, flexible, and friendly throughout. They helped us navigate a difficult pickup process and were extremely accommodating as we figured out how we would travel to the car. I can't recommend them highly enough.
