  Had a great experience renting an S class with them. Had a delay but manager Dan and I can't remember who I talked to on the phone with helped things go smoothly. On my return David took care of the return process. The car was a beautiful S580e in black.

  Poor customer service. I received nothing but a complete run around. I called multiple times and left 1 voicemail. I got an email for someone through a company representative and the email was responded to several hours later. Their response basically said it's not their job to help me and directed me to email 2 other people. I sent the 2 other people an email and got an auto response from one of the emails that said the message could not be delivered from a non company email and the other person never responded. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I didn't even get the opportunity to rent a vehicle I really wanted to rent.

  Me and some buddy's rented a total of 4 cars through Connor, he answered all of our questions promptly and offered outstanding customer service. Would rent from again! Also a special shout out to Gabby who was super helpful while we were picking them up.
