I was displaced due to a car accident and needed to find a vehicle that met my needs during this period, and they were very good about finding me the right size vehicle. I also received follow-up a few times via text to see if I needed anything which was very nice. When the insurance had told me that they would only be funding my vehicle until a certain date, staff reached out and offered to have me extend my rental at the discounted rate. I also received a follow-up call to ensure that everything went well. This whole experience was great. Thank you!

- HHHaleyMay 19, 20261.0I am so sad to have to be leaving this one star. They were very nice to me, but then it looks like they billed me for something we had resolved over the phone after the fact. They rented me a nice mid-sized SUV, and the first time I drove it, everything was fine. The second time I drove it, I started getting signals that something needed to be checked and the car was making a weird noise. They apologized and said they think the "carborator" (idk what that means) was stolen. They immediately came and switched the car out, said it was no problem, I spoke with the GM, etc. I then received a bill for said "carborator" which is $3,000. I don't know if it was even stolen at my house, because the first time I drove it, I drove 1.1 miles home, that was it. I would really, really, really check the car they give you over. You don't want to be blindsided with a $3,000 bill.
