  First, Olivia at the rental desk inside MSP International Airport provided an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very bubbly and enthusiastic. Second, the gent who walked me into the ramp to choose a car gave me the option to rent a Genesis G70 when I thought I'd get a toyota corolla! What an unexpected and unbelievable surprise and experience! Last, if all the above weren't enough, the woman at the security gate was as enthusiastic, pleasant, and fun, too! I've never had a favorite car rental company during my 30+ years traveling for technology projects. Well, I do now! Enterprise, wellllllll done!

  We rented from Enterprise MSP on our recent trip to Minneapolis. All aspects of rental process went well. Reserved online, checked in online so could proceed directly to lot to pick up car. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jakob Costley. He helped us check our car in and was super accommodating. You wouldn’t think a car check-in would be that special. But when you’re tired from driving all day and someone takes the time to be friendly, it makes a big difference. Thanks Jakob for you Enterprise TLC.

  I’ve been using enterprise for quite a few years, and I am always impressed with their level of service, Not just being friendly and helpful, But going out of their way to make sure that you get the best deal aren’t charged for extra fees or have leniency on your return time. I never experience this from the other Rental car agencies. This last time in Minneapolis, when we returned the car, David Was so nice and kind, but also reviewed the final bill with us And noticed a glitch in the pricing. Other employees may just brush it off. Tell people to follow up later or it is what it is, but david was happy to review it with us and correct it on the spot and send us on our way. Happy and so grateful for the excellent service that Enterprise provides time and time again! Highly recommend and super easy to get to in MSP!

  The difficult part of renting any car at the St. Paul/Minneapolis airport is the walk for a handicapped person - Long walks and 2 tram rides along with 2 elevator rides. When we arrived at the garage there was a long line with no one to explain that we should just look at the above-head signs for the type of car we had rented and to just pick one. After that it was a fairly easy process of waiting in a line to get checked out with our cars. As this airport is very busy, this took time, but from there out it was very easy. Enterprise was easy to deal with from Costco's end and the price was reasonable from Costco. The desk agents were also easy to deal with. Thank you so much for dealing with Costco.

  The car itself was amazing and good value. The customer experience was appalling and was not what I was hoping for after 24 hours of travel to MSP. I have previously rented long-term with Enterprise in 2025 and I had received an invoice post returning my car for the additional days which was promptly paid (same day). Upon arrival for pickup for this rental, I was promptly advised I was on a ‘do not rent’ list. The counter staff were unable to advise why this was the case other than there was an overdue amount, that they could not assist me was to what the amount was or why there was an amount due. I was provided a number to call for assistance and was asked to move along. After waiting online in a queue, I was finally able to speak to someone who advised the overdue amount was for additional days on my previous rental. I advised that the amount had been paid and had to send screen shots of my bank statement and the emails regarding the payment - clearly one system does not talk to another. After 30 minutes on the call, several holds and communication with the accounts team they conceded the amount had been paid. This is where things went from bad to worse. No one had the capability to remove the block from the system. I asked to speak to the Manager and was advised they were unavailable and could also not remove the block. I asked to speak to the Manager’s Manager on the phone as well as the Manager on duty at MSP. No one was available to take my call. I advised I was not going to end the call until the issue (of their own making) was resolved. After another 10 minutes on hold, I was told the block had been removed. Then came to trying to make payment for the current rental. Enterprise does not take digital credit or debit cards. I had to scramble and find a physical debit card (which, by some stroke of luck, I had taken with me). I had my physical credit card sent to me and, upon returning my rental, wanted to change my form of payment from debit to credit card so I could earn points. The return agent told me I could only do this with a desk agent on o other level at MSP. The desk agent asked me why I was there as the regulates could have processed this for me. However, after THREE agents working the ‘problem’, I was successful in being able to change my form of payment. Time to switch car rental for future trips to MSP. Totally unacceptable customer service and experience.
