  The pickup station from the airport was very convenient, however, the drop off point from terminal 2 where my airline was located was 15 min away on a shuttle and had to get a couple of transportation to get where I needed to be. The painful part of this was there was no one at the airport nor at the rental location to explain for people like myself who is first being at the airport to go thru so many obstacles to get at the check in point. At which point me and 3 other people missed our flights, so had to purchase another ticket on another airline to get home after 8 hrs. This was s horrible experience. This could have been avoided with a proper engineering design which is I rather go 15 minutes on a shuttle ride away to pick up my car and drop off across the streets on the return so I can catch my flight. The way currently is set up is so backwards, I’m sure some other people had the same experiences.

  We got an almost brand new car (180 miles on it) and a great price for a "you pay we pick" option. Our only complaint is with the lot attendant at the Minneapolis airport. We had checked in online and received an email telling us to go directly to the lot and present drivers license and credit card to get our car. The attendant insisted that we needed to show him the online reservation before we could get our car. I couldn't find the email or the reservation that was buried in many other emails and he treated me like I was an idiot. Eventually he relayed my name to someone else on his radio, found my reservation and got us to our car. He treated us more like an inconvenient problem than valued customers. He was young and that may have contributed to his lack of awareness of how he affected our experience with Enterprise. In the past, we have had nothing but great customer service. Hopefully this was a one off.

  Management was courteous when picking up my rental. I had a truck reserved, there were no trucks in the lot and management gave me an alternate vehicle that fit my requirements at no hassle or extra cost. Upon returning the vehicle, Zach, amended the receipt and cost for fuel - when I had picked it up it was at 3/4 (I had photos) and I returned it full and Zach amended the statement of charges accordingly. It was also the 4th of July and I appreciated the effort and thoughtfulness of the team working while I was enjoying the holiday.

  I wish I could rate the return experience and car quality separately. We preordered and pre-registered for our one way out of state rental. When we arrived at the Minneapolis/St Paul airport our account was locked and they could not complete our transaction or add a damage waiver (which we had already completed online). We stood at the desk for over 45 minutes and watched the other staff person complete 4 transactions during our wait. Luckily we heard the rules and regulations while the other woman explained because our staff did not give us any information. Staff sent up upstairs to the car pick up and told us to get a damage waiver there. They couldn’t complete the transaction because our account was locked due to Logan still being logged in. Garage staff was very professional and kind, he sent us to the exit gate to purchase our damage waiver. Our account was still locked an hour later; but Riley spoke to a manager and assured us, they would add the damage waiver. The car was beautiful, spacious and ran nicely. Upon arriving home the drop off location on Babcock Road in Pittsburgh was great! I was out pretty fast (the damage waiver was provided). The man at Babcock told me that the airport location would contact us about our concerns, I never received any further communication.

  Normally I have a great experience with Enterprise, not so much this time. We usually rent out of Tennessee this time we flew into Minneapolis and rented from the Airport outlet. They brought the car up, it was a 2026 Nissan Rogue and he pulled up and walked off.. We got in and we had to park to figure out how to work the things, it did not have USB outlets and no one explained how their bluetooth worked, we know how it works in other vehicles but it did not work in this particular vehicle so we were unable to use our GPS and had to use a phone and before that we had to go to Walmart and buy adapters to use for their C outlet. We were not very happy with this at all and it took up about 2 hours of our trip. 😔 Also the gas was supposed to be full. It had 315 to empty. When we filled it, it showed 451 miles to empty. So when we got it, it wasn't even full!! You could do better Enterprise especially in Minnesota.
