  Staff and service picking up and returning the car were good as expected. However, the car I received, a 2025 Nissan Sentry did not have any GPS built in nor Android Play that would have allowed me to use my phone Google Maps on the screen in the car. This was a significant inconvenience trying to navigate in an unfamiliar city and a surprise as I believe every car I have rented recently has had this feature. The car also did not have blind spot indicators and I can't recall a rented car in recent years that has not had that feature. Both of these features should be standard on every rental car (as should directional indicators) and it was very dissapointing that they were not.

  Rental car companies have chosen to merge. As a result, the check in experience is worse than horrible. Customer service people who feel it is more important to sell you upgrades than it is to serve the dozens of people waiting in line. The car that you have reserved, not being in stock, and then having to wait until another customer brings a car back before you get one. This is not a rental car company that should be allowed to exist.

  I got a good car (Toyota Corolla) at a great price. It was in good condition and was ready on time. The check in process was quick and friendly thanks to Corrissa (who also checked it back in when I returned it). Everyone was friendly and well organized and when I returned it, from the time I parked the car to having my receipt in hand and walking back into the airport took about 90 seconds. I’d definitely use Enterprise in MSP again.

  I rented a midsize pickup for a week from the Enterprise at MSP International Airport. It was advertised as a Toyota Tacoma or similar. They were out of midsized pickups & I was given my choice of full sized trucks. Enterprise Holdings also owns National & Alamo. All 3 companies are in the same area at MSP. I had quite a good selection of trucks to choose from. I ended up getting a Dodge Ram Bighorn 1500 Hurricane. A premium Pickup with all the bells and whistles. It was a 2026 model with just over 9K miles. The inline 6 cylinder turbo was quite responsive, but good gas mileage if you take it easy. Very sweet rental. I rarely drive a Dodge product, but their trucks offer an up to date and luxurious ride. The Enterprise staff at the MSP location has always treated me well. Seamless acquisition and return of vehicle. I used my Costco membership and got a 15% discount on this rental.

  I'm 53 years old and this was the best car rental transaction I have ever had. Typically the rental car experience is the last person you encounter at the end of a very long travel day and you get bombarded with solicitations and up charges in a very vulnerable spot (you've put your eggs in this basket and there are not a breadth of options at this time of day). This group with Enterprise at the Minneapolis Airport treated me like a valued customer, protected their interest but acknowledged the steps we had already taken, provided a visual reminder for getting back to the correct terminal, and got us on our way in what felt like very little time. It was late on a Thursday when we arrived at Minneapolis but there was more than one staff person at the counter. On our return they had two staff members working returns (including a management trainee). We encountered an unexpected issue with the key fob and spent our own money. The management trainee provided her business card, acknowledged our receipts and promised to have the office look into it. I travelled on the weekend and already heard from their staff by Monday. In summary, smooth transaction, appropriately staffed, treated me like a customer that they valued, got us going swiftly both coming and going, and treated unexpected issues in a business like fashion. Can't say enough good things about this specific team. If you're flying through Minneapolis, do yourself a favor and rent from the Enterprise Team. Thank you!
