I needed a rental vehicle during one of the most stressful periods my family has ever gone through after our vehicle was damaged in a fire. It could have easily been another frustrating task to deal with, but the team at Enterprise made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Jeremy, Jake, and Tyler. Jake went out of his way to accommodate my request to pick up the rental early so I could work around my child’s school schedule. Jeremy quickly got the vehicle ready so I could get back on the road without unnecessary delays. Tyler was incredibly thorough during both pickup and return, making sure everything was explained clearly and that the process was smooth every step of the way. I’ve rented vehicles before, but this was by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. During a time when life already felt overwhelming, their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Jeremy, Jake, and Tyler, for making a difficult chapter in my family’s life just a little easier. You may have thought you were simply doing your jobs, but the way you cared for your customers made all the difference. Keep up the amazing work!
