I have always had excellent experiences with the service team at Buerkle Hyundai! From the moment I arrive, everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. They explain everything clearly, keep me updated throughout the process, and complete my vehicle's service in a timely manner. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and every visit is smooth and stress-free.
One thing that really stands out to me is how fair and affordable their pricing is. After comparing prices with other dealerships, I've found Buerkle Hyundai's service department to be very competitive while still providing high-quality work. It's refreshing to find a dealership that offers honest pricing without sacrificing excellent service.
It's hard to find a service department that's both trustworthy and efficient, but Buerkle Hyundai consistently exceeds my expectations. They truly value their customers and make the entire experience easy from start to finish. I highly recommend their service department to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and reasonably priced vehicle care. I Had my Santa Fe towed in because it wouldn’t start. So I had it Scheduled for 90,000 mile check.. Once the vehicle got there it started up. They called and told me it started up and told me what was included in the 90,000 check up. I explained to them that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. Once I picked up my vehicle they said everything checked out . One day later I went to turn the AC on and it couldn’t cool .(Just like before ) I brought it in to a local garage and found out that my a/c hose had a leak in it for quite sometime . They replaced it and charged it. {BUT as Hyundai said …..it was fine…}ONE week later I traveled to Michigan and my vehicle wouldn’t start… I had it towed to a local garage ( see photo) they couldn’t fix it right away because it was a Holiday weekend. I was with out a vehicle for 5 days! But when I received it back I found out it was the starter.They replaced it and I have had no problems. I was told that when it starts to go out on my kind of vehicle , it starts by going out intermittently. ( why didn’t The Hyundai dealer know that?) Very dissatisfied on their service . I felt It was a quick get it out … service…
No complaints. I bought my Sonata from Buerkle in 2019 and continue to get the car serviced there. Check-in was quick and flawless. All work was reviewed with me and wait times discussed. I felt heard and understood in terms of what work I wanted done. Total time to get all of the service done was less than estimated. Staff was super friendly and the facilities are top notch. I appreciated the free bottles of water and snacks as it was nearing dinner time and I got a little snacky. Ten out of ten would approve. I'll continue doing business with Buerkle as long as the stellar service and support continues. I'll probably buy my next car from them as well.

I had a great experience working with Garrett at Buerkle Hyundai. My uncle had purchased his Palisade from Garrett first, and after his great experience, he recommended that I work with him as well. I'm glad I did. Garrett was patient, professional, and never made me feel pressured throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and compared different vehicles and pricing, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He worked with his management team to get me an additional discount, was transparent about the pricing, and made sure there were no surprise charges at signing. I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Garrett. Thank you for making this such a positive car-buying experience!

I am a 2022 Hyundai Palisade owner, and my vehicle currently has approximately 74,000 miles.
Recently, I experienced an issue with the rear shock absorbers. After researching the problem, I learned that it is a common issue with the 2022 Palisade and that Hyundai had extended warranty coverage for this repair. I took my vehicle to your dealership, and fortunately the rear shock absorbers were inspected and replaced under warranty at no cost.
During the inspection, however, the dealership identified a leaking radiator and provided an estimate of approximately $1,600 for the repair. Before proceeding, I conducted my own research and discovered that radiator leakage is also a known issue on certain Palisade models. I found a Hyundai Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) addressing this concern and learned that Hyundai may cover the repair under warranty or through a goodwill assistance request, depending on the vehicle’s circumstances.
I returned to the dealership, presented the TSB information, and specifically requested that a goodwill repair request be submitted to Hyundai. The service advisor informed me that the request would be submitted and that I would be contacted with an update. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication, and after speaking with Hyundai Customer Care, I learned that no goodwill request had been submitted on my behalf.
I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and expected better customer support and advocacy. Hyundai Customer Care advised me that goodwill requests must be submitted through the dealership and indicated that, based on the circumstances, such a request would likely receive favorable consideration. Despite this, the dealership failed to follow through on its commitment to submit the request or provide any update.
I respectfully request that the dealership submit the goodwill repair request immediately and provide a status update. I also ask that Hyundai review this situation and ensure that customers receive the support and assistance they are promised.

As mentioned in the response, Adam reached out to me regarding the goodwill request submitted to Hyundai and shared the positive outcome. He also helped me schedule the required service, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Adam’s proactive approach, excellent communication, and customer-focused attitude were outstanding. If this dealership continues to provide this level of customer service, it will certainly be my preferred dealership for future service needs.
