  Service appointment went smoothly. Quick intake and turnaround time. I appreciate the vehicle inspection video, but docking a star because I did receive some incorrect measurements that led to a bit of inconvenience on my end. I just had another Hyundai dealer put new brakes in the rear, and the Buerkle Tech reported these in the inspection video at 7mm. Had to get my vehicle back to the other dealer to double-check the assembly just due to that unusual rate of wear. Other dealer validated rear pads to actually be at 9mm (see image). A bit of room for improvement there with regard to capturing these measurements for customers.

  6 months with my Kona and everything has been smooth sailing! Ben Haeg was great listening to my needs and helping me decide what to do when my last vehicle was totaled. He was patient and kind even though I was anxious and sad about needing a new vehicle. Sometimes getting a new car is a dream and sometimes it’s the unexpected pain you didn’t want to do but Ben was great at pointing out how my options fit my needs, ensured safety, and fit my budget! The service team has been responsive and helpful as well.

  I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Hybrid Palisade from Buerkle Hyundai. The sales person, Jen Brown, was smart, kind, non-pressuring, and collaborative with her team. She never pretended to know something that she didn't; a serious issue I've had with past car sales people, and resulted in over promising/under delivering the last time I purchased a car (not at Buerkle). While Jen was super knowledgable generally, she didn't hesitate to acknowledge that she might need to investigate some of my inquiries, and knew who to ask to get the answers. Jen was both professional and relaxed, and I'd highly recommend working with her - especially as a woman and a car buyer, Jen was the best.

  I bought a new Santa Fe from Buerkle Hyundai today and had another great experience with Ben Haeg. I’ve owned 32 vehicles before this one, so this makes number 33, and I’ve never bought the same vehicle twice. I also rarely buy two vehicles from the same salesperson. The Santa Fe has been such a perfect vehicle for my life that I bought another one, and I specifically went out of my way to work with Ben again. What I appreciate most about Ben is that he actually knows the product. I’ve worked with plenty of salespeople over the years who seem like they’re learning about the vehicle right along with you or just reading information off a screen. Ben is the complete opposite. He knows the vehicles, features, trim levels, differences between options, financing, and the entire buying process extremely well. When you ask him a question, you get an actual answer. He’s also honest, responsive, and incredibly patient. I had been kicking around the idea of buying another vehicle for about six months, and there was never any pressure. His attitude was always basically, “When you’re ready and the numbers make sense, we’ll do it.” That goes a long way with me. I also worked with George Vjota in finance, and he was fantastic. He clearly walked me through the numbers, warranties, and different options without dragging the process out. It was a busy Saturday, we were his last deal of the day, and he still had a great sense of humor and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He was an absolute hoot to work with and just seems like a really good human. Ben and George both deserve a lot of credit. Buying a vehicle can easily turn into an exhausting process, but these guys made it easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a Hyundai, and I’d happily work with both of them again.
