  I’ve been to this location many times over the years and have always had an hassle free experience. However, this morning I went to buy a new battery for my car, I’ve been buying my batteries and having them installed at this location since I’ve had my vehicle, but Tyler who assisted me acted as if he did not want to install when asked after purchasing their $200 battery. His response was “I’ll look and see” and after 2 minutes said “yeah I can’t do this.” I drove 13 mins to another nearby AutoZone, the east Saint Paul location where my experience was hassle free. My battery was installed within minutes and he explained there was corrosion, but nothing a little spray and battery installation kit (which I purchased from Tyler as well) wouldn’t fix. The inconvenience of my time this morning was unbelievable, but I’m glad the other location took their time and made sure I left satisfied. 1 star for Ty, 5 stars for all the hardworking individuals that helped me at the other location.

  I went to AutoZone to have them check out my battery health. Turns out my battery was dead and I need a replacement. Not only did Harper check my batter but Harper helped me take out the old one and put in a new one. Above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend and ask for Harper!

  I am more than pleased — I am genuinely thankful for Jamal, Ian, and Tyler. They helped me order the parts I needed for my vehicle and protected me from being taken advantage of by auto shops that tried to charge me thousands of dollars. By going through AutoZone and getting honest guidance from them, I saved a huge amount of money and avoided being misled. They also helped me find the right mechanic to take my vehicle to. Without their support, I would have been out thousands of dollars and taken advantage of by repair shops that only wanted to make a quick buck off me. I’m truly grateful for their honesty, their time, and the way they looked out for me. Kudos and thank you!!!!! ☺️

  We came here a while ago, so confident buying our windshield wipers. Went out and we must have looked crazy trying to get them on because Ian(Issac?) ran out to help. We got the wrong wipers and he exchanged them for us and then put them on for us! He was so kind! Autozone is our first stop for car needs. Thank you!
