This the worst Autozone ever I had to make multiple trips to this location for giving me the wrong parts. The employees are not knowledgeable about cars or parts. When I address this they didn't care about the screw up. There was no manager on site had to talk to him on the phone. Had to go down the street for assistance. I recommend that no goes to this store. Will be making a complaint with department of commerce and the BBB. Need more experience people to be work there instead of kids.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years and have always had an hassle free experience. However, this morning I went to buy a new battery for my car, I’ve been buying my batteries and having them installed at this location since I’ve had my vehicle, but Tyler who assisted me acted as if he did not want to install when asked after purchasing their $200 battery. His response was “I’ll look and see” and after 2 minutes said “yeah I can’t do this.” I drove 13 mins to another nearby AutoZone, the east Saint Paul location where my experience was hassle free. My battery was installed within minutes and he explained there was corrosion, but nothing a little spray and battery installation kit (which I purchased from Tyler as well) wouldn’t fix. The inconvenience of my time this morning was unbelievable, but I’m glad the other location took their time and made sure I left satisfied. 1 star for Ty, 5 stars for all the hardworking individuals that helped me at the other location.
