  The process went smoothly. But I had two issues….1) it seems that we arrived during lunch time, and there were no cars available. We had to wait til lunch was over when they began to bring the cars up. 2) I chose an Elantra….it was first available. Nice car, but I couldn’t hear it crank up. I thought it was electric. I had to ask. Nor did I know what type of gas to put in it. I think a little bit of clarity on the operation of the cars wud go a long way. Other than that, both the check out, and check in went very smoothly.

  We had a great experience with Alamo at the Minneapolis–St. Paul Airport. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy and streamlined. Our car was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and returning it at the end of our trip was just as simple and easy to navigate. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every associate we encountered was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s always nice when good customer service feels sincere rather than routine, and that was definitely the case here. I really appreciated how smooth they made both the pick-up and return process, but even more so, I appreciated the kindness of the Alamo team. I would absolutely rent from this location again!

  I first went to terminal 2 to drop my car off. Was met by, I do not remember his name; he asked what airline I was flying with. I told him Alaska and he said I need to go to terminal 1. He set my phone maps with the address to go to which saved me time in getting to the terminal. I was met by Olivia and she was very helpful in checking the car over. She asked if I had any questions. I told her my flight from Seattle was delayed 4 hours. So when I arrived in Minneapolis I was not able to get an SUV. She said that she would speak to Customer Relations. I was very pleased with the help I received at both terminals. I will use Alamo in my future travels. Thank you.

  Best rent-a-car experience ever!!! Kayla checked me into my Camry & was patient enough to explain the gauges, buttons & levers -- she sat with me to teach me about the "alien" radio & how to preset my favorites -- This cheerful young woman is a credit to Alamo Rent-a-Car!! -- Upon my return, another German lady guided me to the correct terminal to return my car & save time & walking save -- Keegan was fast & efficient at check in -- Overall, the folks at MSP Alamo enhanced my trip to visit my daughter & my grandchildren --My sedan was a perfect fit for my trip to Minneapolis & was easy on gas consumption --

  I got into Minneapolis/St. Paul about 2 hours late due to weather in Denver. Went to the car rentals and it was like a ghost town. Went outside nothing. I'm thinking now what? My wife says, "escalators are going up to the next floor." So upstairs we go I see 100'S of cars outside. So, I head outside, show the attendant my I.D. she takes me to some cars and says, "pick one of these and meet me at the exit." Very quick after I found out where you have to go. The return is even faster. Will use Alamo again, cost is very reasonable, the car was a 2026 Hyundai Elantra very clean, nice car, performed well on the interstates and city streets, great on gas mileage.
