    I had the pleasure of dealing with Jerome at MSP airport! Incredible service, even loaded my bags into the vehicle for me. Very personable young man! And in Winnipeg was Mo for drop off. Excellent service, and very helpful. made things super quick and easy. My car broke down in Minneapolis and i needed a way to get back home to Winnipeg. These lovely gentlemen made it super easy and stress free. (which was much needed at the time) Thank you so much Mo and Jerome!!!

    Have been able to use the "skip the counter" feature when making reservation, and gone right to garage. Met promtly by the friendliest and very professional workers in garage. They escort to right to the correct row of cars to choose from and make sure everything meets your needs. The gate agents have also been extremely professional and very friendly. So different than other car rental companies I have used.

    I highly recommend Alamo Rent a Car! They are friendly and professional AND user friendly. We got to pick 1 o 4 cars that were available that morning. In addition, I favor Alamo because they allow you to use your debit card as long as you can show your return. JUST A CLASSY, ALL AMERICAN COMPANY! 5 STAR Customer Service too. The gal at the counter empathized the address on the paperwork. She encouraged me to be sure to put it into my GPS when returning as "it will bring you right back to this area" THANK YOU ALAMO!

    Rented from 21-26 of April I just had to reach out and share how absolutely awesome my recent car rental experience was with your team at the Minneapolis airport. Seriously, from start to finish, everyone I encountered made things incredibly smooth and pleasant. Right from the get-go, stepping up to the counter and then picking out my vehicle, the entire process felt effortless. Your staff was super welcoming and efficient, which really set a great tone for the whole trip. I especially wanted to give a huge shout-out to Nick! He was an absolute star during the check-in. His patience and friendly demeanor were so refreshing and honestly made what can sometimes be a bit of a chore feel completely stress-free. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was sorted, and I really appreciated that. Then, when it came to returning the car super early in the morning, another fantastic team member (I unfortunately didn't catch their name!) was just as brilliant. Not only was the return quick and easy, but they proactively gave me super clear, helpful directions to the terminals. Trust me, at that hour, a little guidance like that is an absolute godsend – it completely took away any potential early morning panic! It truly stood out how consistently helpful and dedicated everyone was. It felt like your whole crew genuinely cared about making my experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, and that really makes a huge difference. You've clearly got an amazing team there, and it definitely makes me want to choose Alamo for my rentals in the future!

    Well let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to say something about my experience with Alamo. I made a reservation through Costco car rental and was given a reasonable price so I went ahead and booked and when I got to the desk, a man named kameron checked me in. He kept trying to upsell me a car when I explained to him many times I was just going to the hospital to visit my sick sister So I did not need anything fancy and I also asked him because I was half an hour early for my reservation because my plane got in early and he explained that that would be no problem. Then he kept asking why I was there and what fun things I was gonna do while visiting I kept having to explain that I’m only here to visit my sick sister in the hospital . He must have asked three or four times while I was there. At the desk I was at was in terminal one. He explained to me that the car I needed to pick up was at terminal two so after taking a few tram rides and quite the journey on the way there I looked at my bill. The original quote was for $75 for two days and my bill said $97 and I couldn’t figure out why so I stopped at the desk when I finally got to terminal two and asked the gentleman why my bill was more than quoted online and he investigated a little and said oh because you were a half an hour early picking up so they gave you an extra charge but the man At terminal one said it would’ve been no problem never mentioned anything about an extra charge. Then Matt at terminal two was really confused as to why I was sent all the way to terminal two to pick up this car because they were plenty of cars at terminal one that Were available and he was very upset that Was sent to terminal two to pick up a car for no reason Matt was a wonderful person and he even gave me an upgrade and get discounted my rate for the trouble. So I really wanna think Matt for handing me the situation professionally and if it wasn’t for him, I would have never gone to Alamo car rentals again, but he restored my faith in the company, and he also said he was going to look in to this employee And have a discussion with him so that this will possibly not happen in the future so thank you Matt For making an already difficult situation much easier and he is a great employee and as for kameron I hope no one has the unfortunate experience of having him as your rental agent. And if I were you I would ask for Matt he was a joy to speak with. He deserves a raise Just read your response. And followed your link could really find a way to write more information. But the real purpose of this review was to warn other people about renting with your company and I assume it was your job to pass this along to management. I feel I have done enough work traveling from one terminal to another for no reason and dealing with bad employees . At the end of day I just will avoid renting for Alamo again there’s many others to choose from That I have never had a problem with so it’s just a warning to other customers to avoid Alamo its not my job to fix your employee problems
