- ARAngela Reid2 days ago1.0Horrible customer service the entire year and a half I had them. Missed a calibration one time because my account said it wasn’t due for two weeks but the device in my car decide it was due on a Sunday. When I called to get some “extension” so I could bring my car to get calibrated they charged me $40 and then said they couldn’t give me the extension because they didn’t have “signal” to my device. At one calibration appointment I sat on the phone with them for two hours because they claimed I hadn’t blown for months. Even though I had been. Again it ended up being a “signal” to my device issue. Finally I can have it removed so I pay off what I owe on my account, and schedule my appoint. The payment left my bank account a week prior but hadn’t shown on my Intoxalock account. So I spent hours on the phone with six different people over the period of two days due to them consistently dropping my call. I’ll find out that it could take a couple days for them to review the photos I sent of my bank account proving that I had sent them the money Now I finally get the device removed and I go to look at my account in the money that I had sent them came through and my account is clear and good and I’m in the golden and I’m all done but they owe me $4.36.and there’s no way for me to get my four dollars back after I’ve paid them thousands. So ya that’s how my experience with them was.
