    THEY ARE RACIST I BOOK A CAR. I WENT THERE WHEN THEY SEE ME THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR.

    They never have the car you reserved. The "only option left" is always a worse option and they aren't truthful about it. Total bait and switch, plus the employee lied 2 different times during the process and just looked flat out incompetent.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Enterprise location on West Division Street in St. Cloud was bad enough that others should know what to expect. I made a reservation online for a 3-day luxury sedan rental using reward points. Before traveling, I called the branch to confirm everything. I was informed they did not have luxury vehicles available and that, due to my age, I likely would not receive that class of vehicle anyway. I was told to keep the reservation and that they would provide me with the best available vehicle on the lot. The following day, the manager personally called to confirm my reservation and discuss the deposit. I explained that if I was receiving a lower-class vehicle, the website showed I should owe nothing out of pocket other than the deposit. The manager assured me he would adjust the pricing on their end so everything would be taken care of. My reservation was for Monday at 5:00 PM. I drove SIX HOURS to pick up the vehicle. Running about five minutes behind, I called ahead and informed the branch. They told me it was no problem. When I arrived, a younger employee was polite and attempted to help. He then brought over another employee who immediately had an aggressive and dismissive attitude. Instead of listening to the situation, he repeatedly demanded a credit card, even after I explained it was in my truck directly outside. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational from the start. After collecting our information, he claimed only two minivans were available despite there being numerous vehicles on the lot. When I asked about an Equinox, he first said it was available, then suddenly said it needed an oil change. Other vehicles supposedly had cracked windshields or other issues. The explanations constantly changed. My wife reluctantly agreed to take one of the minivans. During the walk-around, the employee found a mark on the side that wasn't documented and suddenly decided he couldn't rent that vehicle either. At that point, we had driven six hours, arrived on time, and still had no vehicle. I asked if we could return the next morning. I was told yes, but that my reservation would have to be canceled and rebooked. I was assured there would be plenty of vehicles available the next day. The next day? Completely sold out. When I called back, I was essentially told, "Sorry, nothing we can do." No attempt to honor the reservation. No alternative solution. No meaningful apology. No compensation for the inconvenience. No effort to make things right after a six-hour drive based on multiple confirmations from their own staff. The most frustrating part is that this wasn't a vehicle shortage issue. It was a communication and customer service failure from start to finish. Multiple employees, including management, made promises that were never honored. I wasted an entire day, fuel, and a 12-hour round trip because this location could not follow through on what they repeatedly told me. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst customer service I've received from a rental company.

    I wasn't able to get the vehicle type I reserved, so I was obviously disappointed, but Cole went above and beyond to make it right and find a vehicle that will work for our trip. Thank you, Cole!
