- HTHockey TimeJul 21, 20261.0Got a call the day before, confirming documents and information needed. Showed up the morning of the rental with the aforementioned documents and information needed. When I arrived, I was informed that they made a mistake and Zane gave me the wrong information the day before and that something else was needed to get the rental. Even though all the additional (not previously asked for) information was provided and available electronically, I was unable to provide a physical card because it was at my home in Michigan. I was told that I could take a shuttle instead (to drive three states away?!). I asked when the policy changed, (because I had provided the exact same information and documents a year ago to do the exact same rental- and have a history of renting cars with Enterprise & taking good care of their vehicles). I was told that the current policy had been such for years and whoever rented me the car before broke the rules. When I asked if there was anything else that we could do or anyone to talk to, I was met with “I would lose my job if we did anything.” I talked to corporate who filed two complaints against the branch and informed me that the regional or branch manager would be following up with me in an hour or so. I never heard from either of them. For a company who is supposed to provide reliable services, they left me out in the cold after admitting they made mistakes. I won’t be working with them again, and highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
