She made everything clear, never pushed to upsell, was professional without being stiff or awkward, and was even fun to talk to as a bonus. The technician seemed like a trainee (not in a way), and she also helped guide him along. She REALLY knows what she’s doing! I’ll definitely return and will recommend the location to friends.
