He went on a mission and reached out to the new customer that had since rented the exact van. The customer since had found it and returned it. The team made sure to contact me back and inform me they had it in a specific place for safe keeping until o could pick it up! They truly restored my faith in humanity. I’m so great fuel for Moe and his awesome team!

This was frustrating, but I will say that their pickup and dropoff service was excellent. They picked me up from my house to go get a rental car, and dropped me off to return me home afterward. Thank you!
