  The gentleman who prechecked my vehicle found way more issues than I would of seen so I wouldn't be held responsible for a couple dents and scratches. I did catch the cigarette burns on the passenger seat that he missed, but to be fair, the burns just looked like some fuzz on the seat. When I checked in the vehicle, another gentleman thanked me when I let him know I fixed up the car's setting. For some reason, the interior lights and keyless entry had been disabled. I asked if that was normal and he said it normally isn't disabled.

  Mo was absolutely wonderful! I called Enterprise after leaving my garage door opener in a rental. Mo picked up the phone and was able to locate it in the lost and found. Picked it up same day!

  Emily was amazing. We ended up renting an Equinox for our trip out to Idaho. While we were in South Dakota, we started to notice the CVT transmission having issues. We called this branch and she told us to just stop at another Enterprise and they will swap it out. After 2 failed attempts, we found one in Spearfish (which I left another review on) and they swapped us out. We were in a Jeep Wrangler for the remainder of our trip. On one of the last days in Idaho, a giant rock hit our windshield and left a golf ball size crack. On our drive home, it started to spider out. We called and spoke with Emily, who told us the same thing, stop at another branch. However she told us to call roadside and make a claim. We did just that, and the woman we spoke with for roadside informed us that the branch we were planning to stop at, would have another standard size SUV available to us. We stopped at that branch, and then were told that they did not have a vehicle to accommodate us like we were promised. Unfortunate, but we just decided to continue on with our travels home. When returning the rental, Emily was familiar with us as I had spoken to her twice. She was very kind, helpful, and sympathetic to our bumps in the road with our rentals. Our issues we had were not her fault but she went over and above for us because of what we had to deal with. I appreciate all of her assistance!
