She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and provided excellent customer service without making me feel pressured. The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. Definitely a big reason I would come back.

I could not leave as there were several cars behind me. Once inside it felt as though they were rushing, no apology for the wait.I would have preferred being updated how approximately the delay would be, before I was blocked in. I spent over an hour at this store. I will definitely not be returning to this store.

Drove back another time They pulled me in a bay ignored me for 10 minutes as the staff walked around, pulled in a second car (10 minutes later) and started working on it. All I wanted was a basic oil change. Rogers MN location is slipping.
