  They were doing good until they weren’t. One of them was trying to close my hood and when it wouldn’t close he start trying to force it close then went and got three separate tools and started jerking my latch around and banging on things. When that didn’t work the guy that was guiding me through to oil change and trying to up sale me came and asked me if it was broke before I came? When I told him no he disappeared and the guy that was seriously trying to break my hood latch and a co worker were still trying to figure it out. Then I heard one of the workers say “Just call a tow truck.” I said, “Excuse me! What did you just say?” He said he was joking. I didn’t see anything funny since I was only there for an oil change which turned out to into an hour. Finally the manager was called he had to come to the location and he did one little tweak and thank God it closed. They did offer me any perks for my troubles or anything just said I was good and sent me on my way. I will not be going back there.

  Never has my oil filter, I bring my vehicles in at least once a month. Every time I have to provide my own filter. No price reduction, just added cost and inconvenience. Will not be a returning customer after 6 years.

  Service was great! Josh was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. We got an oil change and a radiator flush. We will definitely be back with our other vehicles!

  This Valvoline Instant oil Change has always been a good experience. They stand behind what they do, and they do not try to sell your services that you don't need, even though they have a checklist that they have to go through. My most recent visit there was probably the quickest oil change I've ever had in my life.

  103 bucks for an oil change after 20% for a minivan is INSANE. You’re adding fees now to offset your cost of doing business. Well, no more. I’ll never be back. I can do it myself for 1/2 that cost, and not have to be constantly upsold while sitting and waiting for an oil change. Good luck.
