  Car wash is ok at best goes by extremely fast to the point that doesn't seem like it could have cleaned all that well. They signed me up for their club stating id get free washes for a month but failed to mention that it was a monthly recurring payment plan. Cancelled plan and won't be going back.

  5/5 stars Auspicious gratitude to Diana at Tommy’s Car Wash for the kindest, warmest welcome. She was professional from start to finish and made the whole experience feel genuinely cared for. She even helped me track down a mat piece that had gotten stuck behind one of the machines — quite the little adventure, but she handled it with patience and a great attitude the whole time. It’s not often you find that level of warmth paired with such professionalism. Thank you, Diana — your service did not go unnoticed!

  I went in not knowing about first month free trial for new customer. The cashier was very pushy. First of all, she did not inform me about first month free trial when we first started conversing. Instead of that, she immediately informed me about buy one wash get one free wash. I asked for the cheapest one but she insisted I got the most expensive option. She continued upselling the most expensive option. Very pushy manner. I felt very uncomfortable. I rejected and insisted getting the cheapest one. Then, she tried to upsell the second most expensive one. I rejected again but she did not stop and talked about buy one, get one promotion again. This conversation was a waste of time. At the end, I felt so frustrated and wanted to just leave this conversation already so I chose another option which was one level above the cheapest one. I was pissed off already at that moment but did not want to express it. After she finished the transaction. She handed my credit card back to me with a brochure stating "first month free trial for new customer". I felt like I was scammed. I asked her about it and showed her the brochure. She was reluctant to explain any further. She just mumbled "oh yeah, you can come here for unlimited wash for a month too"........ BUT I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS, RIGHT? It's not a lot but where is the integrity? I checked the application later and I was enrolled on auto-renewal monthly membership that I DID NOT ASK FOR. I don't remember being informed of this auto-renewed monthly membership. Even though the application showed that there was no charge on the day I went in, there was a transaction on my credit card because of that buy one get one wash promotion. I understand that we all need business but this is when you lose business. I will not go back again.

  On 26May2026 approximately 1350hrs I was told the manager Dwayne would not allow me to vacuum for free and I was willing to just pay the vacuum but was demanded by his authority I have to get a car wash to get a free vacuum. . I just got back from deployment in January. . Thank you to scottie on Mister Car wash 3939 West River Pkwy NW, Rochester, MN to allow me to vacuum for free but I insist to pay but would not allow me too and he uplifted the arm gate and with customer service with good mannerisms he was awesome. Thank you Mister Car Wash. . I see your response but I have to edit my comments to respond back and it wont let me respond to your message and I don't know where else to communicate with you but yes i was there at your exact location of address and I have given you the exact time and coordinates at the cash window. How ever you do have a manger Dwayne that is aggressive with his demands. . If you can't find it on your surveillance but I have given your time and location or your camera points the wrong way but you do have a Manager Dwayne over that address then there's nothing you can do.   Just had a great experience at this drive thru car wash. Five stars. The wash was quick and efficient, and my car came out looking spotless. Everything from the exterior shine to the drying was done really well. The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special thank you to Dayana. She was very helpful, made the process easy, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they take pride in their service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
